I have been a patient at Barnet Smiles for many years and have always received excellent service. I have found all the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. In an emergency, staff will always try to help and go above and beyond to try and accommodate my work schedule. Thank you Barnet Smiles.
Communication is very good, both from the office and the dentists. I like that they explain what they are doing very clearly and are open to answering questions. I had some work done on my front teeth recently. A couple of days before my appointment, I had a chip out of a molar - they smoothed it off, free of charge, whilst I was in.

Sawan and the team are always super in providing excellent dental care. I had neglected my teeth for too long, and needed to catch up. The service is excellent, and I consider the money spent a real investment in my ongoing dental health. And the team is also really efficient terms of arranging appointments, offering reminders and accommodating my need sometimes to alter my plans. Keep up the good work!
Best dental care I’ve been to in London. Hygienists are lovely and always check if you’re ok and comfortable which creates a much nicer experience. Also give great advice on where to improve. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I’ve been a patient for over 10 years now. Super friendly staff, receptionists are excellent and lovely. Really good for people with dentist anxiety, too. Moved out of the area two years ago and am so happy that I make a two hour trip for my appointments.
I have recently had the most positive experience at Barnet Smiles Dental Care following sudden tooth pain. Dr Tanya Patel was so compassionate and really took the time to fully explain all my options and together we decided on the right treatment pathway for me. The practice has the most up to date equipment and I had my teeth scanned which I’ve never had before. This has resulted in such precision in my dental care. The whole team, including reception and Julia her dental nurse are incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this practice.
Fantastic surgery, welcoming, excellent dental knowledge and issues explained clearly with very helpful advice from the dentist. Have recommended to my husband who is now also a patient and we are extremely happy with the service of both the dentist and hygienist. Thoroughly excellent, cannot recommend highly enough!!!
It was good when Elizabeth owned it. Once it was sold. The dentists there now are not good. Me and two of my friends both went with tooth pain over the past 2 years. One dentist didn't listen to the actual problem and did a treatment resulting in tooth removal elsewhere, another male told my female friend her tooth pain is from stress (went to another dentist who agreed this was just sexist). Basically they just suggest more and more treatments to run up the cost, and charge and charge for consults whilst never fixing the one original problem. Do not go here if you cannot afford to spend 10 appointments and 10x fees to have the same problem throughout. Dismissive, rude and charge for every consult even when it's the same problem they haven't fixed. I'm looking into reporting to the relevant dental regulatory services. 3 people I know of, how many more don't bother to write a review? Good reviews from years ago aren't these cowboys.
So far I’ve had the best experience with the team at Barnet Smiles. Everything has been so efficient and easy for me on my Invisalign journey. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend them enough for the service they provide and they care they give!
