Great dental care. Had a hygiene clean with Syed who was absolutely amazing. He was wonderfully careful and thorough in his explanation and application. Also tried the Air Flow which is a great addition to the service. My teeth look amazing and feel fantastic!
Dr Ogo esezobo was very friendly and honest. It was very hard to find a good dentist. Bless you. I will recommend her to my friends and family
Today I had hygienist appointment and a check up.Dr Jax was super amazing and so gentle on cleaning and check up. I honestly hate going to other dentist as i have had bad experiences but today that has changed for me, specially after meeting Dr Jax. She is absolutely wonderful and gentle, it was a painless clean. She was very professional and I would highly recommend her.
I saw Dr Naveen as a nhs patient & Dr Ogo for a clean, the experience was extremely positive, very nice atmosphere there and they were very professional.
I went in with a cracked tooth, the dentist dr Ogu was amazing, I think she’s new because It was my first time seeing her, she was so caring and made me feel comfortable and obviously dealt with my cracked tooth so well, hoping to see her from now on when I book my appointments
Awful experience. Supposed to be NHS but I was told my treatment would be more than double NHS prices. Very depressing surgery. I couldn't get out quick enough
Called up on Friday due to being in soo much pain. Urgently needed support from my dentist. The female receptionist was soo cold and rude to me I didn’t understand why. I was in too much pain to argue with her. I only simply asked her for an emergency appointment as a registered patient . The lady refused to help and told me that system was down so I should call on Monday. I was very disappointed in her attitude towards me considering i was already in soo much pain. I doubt I’ll ever go there again . I’d rather pay for private dental care then go there again. Poor costumer services . Previously I attempted to have a tooth extracted and the dentist was soo pushy with me. He could see I was highly anxious about having the extraction done. He failed in the end and I had to be referred somewhere else. All because of his approach.
I was called the day before by the receptionist and asked to come to the practice 20 minutes before my appointment time to fill out paperwork. I got there when they said, to be told to wait outside on the doorstep. I was left standing there for 45mins and it passed my appointment time. I was completely ignored. Absolutely shocking the way me and my 3 children were treated. One has health issues and cried for 30mins outside to still be ignored. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone!
