   I have been with this dental practice for over 30 years, even before Dr Shah took over the practice. I am full of praise for the excellent care I have received from him. The staff are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. It is very easy to arrange appointments and I can usually be seen quickly. Dr Shah takes time to explain everything clearly and answers any questions you have. I would highly recommend.

   On arrival, the staff is very polite and understanding. DR.Shah is very good at what he does and I would always recommended other people to go to the dentist surgery. The place is very clean and tidy. Even when speaking to other patients who may be waiting, they're also friendly and even agree with me that Dr Shah gives very good oral care. In total everyone at the establishment is very respectful, attentive and caring. I would 100% recommend this dentist surgery. Thank you so much Dr Shah for the great dental service all the time!    I had a broken tooth and my regular dentist has not returned since Covid. I had to find a dentist as I had a broken back tooth. Found Pearl Dental Practice in Kilburn Lane near to my home and was initially given a temporary filling, however the tooth couldn't be saved. On my next appointment Dr Shah took my tooth out, gave a white filling to another tooth and did a clean up with the minimum of fuss. I was treated well and was given plenty of aftercare advice. Very happy to have found this place.

   If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! He likes to take money and not do a proper job. My mum went yesterday due to being in immense pain. He did a temporary filling and told her ‘I’m not sure if I can take your tooth out due to the medication you’re on, go find out and tell me’. Mate, you’ve taken her tooth out previous WHILE SHE WAS ON THOSE MEDS!! My mums face had been so swollen and she was STILL in so much pain that she had to call 111 and get an emergency dentist appointment who then said SHE HAS AN INFECTION and how text book this is. You should’ve given her antibiotics and not left someone in that much pain. You’re the reason I HATE going to the dentist.

   I needed a new dentist and was skeptical about trying somewhere new. However from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and was very easily able to book an appointed without a long wait. The dentist gave me a filling and a polish which was a quick, painless and smooth process. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced too. Would certainly go back with any future problems.

   I'm admittedly a fairly nervous patient but the dentist here did nothing to put me at ease, and ridiculed my behaviour, and I was always polite and friendly to him. As a dentist the work he did was fine, but as a human being he seemed quite mean and uncaring, and I'm glad I no longer live in the area and have a new dentist now.

   Not welcoming staff( receptionist) , grumpy nurse, not happy with the service at all. Had to go to another dentist as didn't trust them doing my root canal in this surgery. The dentist wanted to send me to a specialist of root canals. Been in constant pain since December 2014. He couldn't locate the pain and had to open 2 teeth. My new dentist found it straight away and did a root canal. Thank God no more pain.....
