Went for a routine checkup and would highly recommend based on my experience. Dr Sophiya was very professional and thorough, she examined and explained everything clearly and is really committed to ensuring good dental health for her patients. The receptionist was lovely too. Calm and relaxed atmosphere, professional and friendly staff.
This is hands down the worst dental surgery I have ever used in my life. I had a loose implant and an infection around a another tooth so I tried to make an appointment. The receptionist said she would call me back with an appointment date. A few weeks passed and they didn't call so I tried calling the surgery, but every time I called no one picked up so I had to drive all the way to the surgery after work. When I arrived and spoke to the receptionist, it was obvious that she had forgotten to call me and agreed to book an appointment - No proper apology though. The manager came out and had a conversation with the receptionist about the phone answering machine not working. The receptionist said that my appointment would be in approximately 4 months time as the dentist was getting married so I would have to wait. 4 MONTHS. Eventually I lost a tooth due to the infection not being treated soon enough! Let me be clear: I am 64 years old and have used various dentists over the years, but this one gets the award for the worst by a country mile. Extremely poor customer service, no empathy, no apologies, no treatment. They should be shut down!
I've been using this dental clinic for a few years now. I see Ionut for my hygiene appointments and I highly recommend him. He is brilliant. He's very professional, takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you are comfortable. His assistants have all be nice and efficient. I usually go there on Saturdays and the receptionist is really nice as well.
Waited 50 minutes past my appointment time before leaving. Absolute piss take and waste of my time, no urgency, and few apologies. I had to take time out of my work day to make the appointment and waited nearly an hour?! While there, a man complained about being overcharged by £30. This is not just around the corner from me, I also had to travel to and from there in the rain. Would not recommend this surgery at all and will not be rebooking an appointment there. Edit: see screenshot of an email from the clinic. Note the patronising tone about my “precious time” and the broken equipment and consider if this is somewhere you want to be treated. I had two calls from the clinic about the wait and neither of them mentioned broken equipment previously. I’m also disabled so long wait times and lack of communication are very difficult and uncomfortable for me.

I am SO happy with the end results. I was really conscious about the gap between my front teeth, making me feel really self conscious. The dentist Zan worked her magic with composite bonding and I can't express how much this has helped boost my confidence. Will be coming again soon.
I’ve been a customer for a while. The treatments are of a good standard and the staff are really nice. However, the administration needs fine tuning. I’ve started saving my receipts because I’ve repeatedly had incorrect information regarding payment on my account: payments I’ve made not recorded or an incorrect amount reflected. It was not always to my detriment, which means these are honest mistakes by staff, but it’s very frustrating constantly having to double check.
My dental procedure was fine however after spending nearly £400 at this practice, you would be led to believe that you would experience good post customer care but I experienced quite the opposite. Dentists talking right in front of as you wait for them to tend to you at the appointed time. Mistaken for a different client. Vital information not being procured. And when you do call/email and eventually complain you are ignored! Find another dental practice which is run by professionals who respect their client's as human beings and not just ATM machines.
I am very happy with the service at this practice. Would definitely recommend to people looking for a private dentist in south London. Friendly and accommodative to my schedule.
