I first met Dr. Synthuja Sundaram during an emergency dental appointment, and I’ve been lucky enough to become her NHS patient ever since. Honestly, I feel so fortunate to have found her — she is incredibly patient, gentle, professional, and genuinely kind. I’ve always had weak teeth, and recently, several of them started having problems all at once. This meant I had to book several follow-up appointments in a short period of time. Dr. Sundaram never made me feel like I was being a bother. Instead, she always took the time to carefully explain what was happening and what each treatment involved. She handled everything with great care and also helped refer me to a specialist when needed. The receptionists have also been really helpful — whenever I was in a lot of pain, they kindly arranged the earliest available appointment for me. I’m truly grateful to them as well. I’m genuinely thankful to the whole team. They’ve been amazing, and I feel very lucky to be under their care.

The whole team at Addiscombe Dental Surgery are friendly and accommodating. Leila Haghgozar in particular, is a very good dentist, calm, patient and understanding of my nerves whilst in the chair, all this makes going to the dentist that bit more manageable. Highly recommend.
I really wanted to go to this dentist after reading all the reviews and the reviews are not wrong. The staff are very kind, everything was explained to me perfectly. The treatment that I needed done was spread out over a few weeks, as well as the payments which made it easier for me. 10/10 experience would recommend.
DR Synthuja Sundaram is an excellent dentist. Her knowledge and customer service skills has always been first class. She takes her time to listen to your questions and worries and always has a very detailed and educative response to put you at ease. She has provided me with same day emergency dental appointment and teeth whitening procedures (which gave great results!). Zanab the receptionist has been great ever since I started going to Addiscombe Dental Surgery. She has been very accommodating, lovely and also has a good level of dental knowledge. Thanks to their warm welcome and experience my wife and parents have now registered to Addiscombe Dental Surgery.
