   The doctors have always been great, but the phone system is ridiculous. It seems designed to stop people actually using the service. Instead of just letting you leave a message, you have to go through an absurd number of automated questions. This has to be better than this.

   Had an appointment here went inside about 6 staff stood talking one girl on desk with glasses on typing had to stand and wait until she had finished typing then to be told to use self check in went to use out of order went back to desk different girl on with dark hair booked me in straight away brilliant seriosly think this place needs a manager to stop this kind of behavior within the nhs disgusting

   good experience here recently. i had a blood test on friday morning, straight in and out only 5 minutes in total. staff very nice and a big shout out to the nurse who took the blood, i dont have a problem with needles but if anyone has i recommend going here i honestly never felt a thing. very professional thank you.
