Just been on the phone for half an hour trying to get an appointment, so gave it up as a bad job, the doctor tells you you must phone up if you need us, That is a joke, because they won't answer the phone

The GP surgery has really improved with their new doctor- Dr Movstar Akhmatov he's absolutely fantastic really understanding and supporting he's a credit to the surgery you're lucky to have him.
Absolutely disgraceful place. Never ever any appointments. Get told to phone at 8am by receptionist. When you do, your on hold for an hour, to then get told there’s no appointments available and there’s only one doctor in today. Why run a surgery if there’s never any doctors? Receptionist are beyond rude and never considerate. Can phone everyday of the week at 8am to hold for 45 minutes to an hour. To get told again there’s no appointments. This place needs demolishing because there’s literally no point in it being a surgery. Disgusting and disrespectful. No wonder patience’s lose there temper. Only so long someone can stay calm to only get same outcome.
Asked 3/4 months ago for a allergy test as I was having symptoms with certain foods and so I could know what I'm allergic to to prevent certain situations. Got denied. Recently, I had TWO medications that I had a severe allergic reaction to and had to be given an injection to stop it. Called this morning for an appointment, the receptionist said all the appointments are nearly gone like okay? I still want an appointment. He sighed when I told him why I wanted an appointment. Edit: the receptionist didn't even book me in, instead I get a text to book myself in on the next available date. I've been waiting for a phone call all morning just to be messed around.
Trying to get an appointment is like trying to get blood out of a stone. They tell you to call at 8am, you call and can't get through. This morning I called 50 times (I am not over exaggerating)to get an appointment for my partner ,couldn't get through. I tried one more time finally started ringing waited over half an hour for someone to answer for them to tell me there was no more afternoon appointments .now I have to try again tomorrow morning my partner doesn't finish work till 4.30pm he can not afford to miss a day of work to have a 10 minute appointment. This is the only doctors I know that only do same day appointments or you have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. Any other doctors if they can't fit you in that day they will give you an appointment for the next day and not have to go through the hassle of phoning up every morning. It's ridiculous
I moved from the East Midlands and the healthcare there was a disgrace. I have found all staff at this practice helpful and caring. Receptionists are always happy to help in the best way they can. The NHS has issues and sadly cannot deliver like it once did. I am a retired director of nursing and seen it decline badly.
Cant get an appointment. Been trying for weeks. No doctors work here only receptionists. Was once a great place with working doctors and staff who actually cared. Sadly they all left. Waste of time.
Impossible to get an appointment. Only book on the day appointments available, however takes minimum of 20 minutes to get through to someone when calling at 8am on the dot...only to be told emergency appointments only! Had to call ambulance a few weeks ago with suspected gall stones, other non-related issues need to be seen for but still haven't seen a GP despite trying a number of times Shocking so called 'service'!
