   I can thank enough for Hazelwood dental practice. the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. my dentist that treat my root canal was Jaideep Patel. I must say the fastest root canal i have ever got done. I did not feel any pain through the procedure. he just made it look so easy. I was very nervous actually coming. Jaideep what an amazing dentist. I can now say im excited to go see him ☺️

   The dentist and dental nurse were both very professional and friendly. They made me feel welcomed and the dentist explained what he was doing and listening to me. I felt very comfortable and relaxed there. Receptionist was also very nice and friendly. Overall a nice experience.

   This was my first time visiting Hazelwood after being referred for an extraction. The surgery is beautiful with such a welcoming feeling the minute you walk through the door. The team are equally as amazing. As someone with mobility disabilities they were so accommodating. I was left feeling completely comfortable. The procedure itself was completed in around 25 to 30 minutes when including numbing time. I felt no pain at all from the extraction just some light pressure as the tooth was eased out. My entire experience from having a tooth extracted was definitely a positive one.

   A year ago, the doctor referred me. To this dentist, they told me. We are not aware of their response time. Anyway, a year has passed. And I am very sad and most of my teeth are broken and the hole is caused by that broken tooth. Anyway, they called me after a year. And the turn for about 3 weeks later. When I asked them, what is the reason for all these delays? They gave the excuse of Corona. If the corona is over, the last vaccine was given about 2 years ago. In short, he could not answer. I asked to speak with the management. When I spoke with a lady named Maria Georgia. He was very angry and violent. You constantly ask if you want a turn or not. When I said, you don't understand my question. He hung up the phone three times. I called again and asked her to ask the reason for disconnecting the phone, she disconnected again. I called again and he said you spoke badly to my colleague and we will not give you a turn. He hung up the phone quickly. While I asked why I have to wait a year for a dentist. Well, such harsh and ugly behavior from the staff and even the management of Mrs. Maria makes the patients angry. Miss Maria was not polite. And he never answered me. And hung up the phone several times. I hope someone from the general management has an answer for Mrs. Maria's ugly behavior with me. He told me that we will not give you a turn. Because I told him I want to write a report on the website. No matter how busy they are. He is not allowed to hang up on me multiple times. That was not very polite of him. He is very rude . Those who work in dentistry must be patient. I have problems with asthma, allergies, sinusitis and migraines. I feel sorry for you, Miss Maria I hope karma returns to you.

The supporting staff both nurse and receptionist were very efficient and friendly. Love the new premises, bright, clean and ultra modern with all the latest equipment.
