   We have enjoyed excellent care service from Dr Fung . The surgery and staff are warm and welcoming. This has been our Dental Surgery for well over 20 years. When we were expecting our daughter we asked advice to create a positive experience for our child. Dr Fung's advice was sound as always and now our daughter enjoys visiting the dentist too. We have recommended our dentist to our friends who have been extremely grateful. Dr Fung visited our Girlguides group ( Rainbows girls aged 5 to 7years) to talk to our girls about milk teeth and good dental care. When we have done projects about teeth Dr Fung has kindly let have posters to use in our meetings. Dr Fung is an exceptionally experienced dentist and has excellent interpersonal skills making us feel comfortable, confident. Thank you all at the Dental Surgery.

   Honestly, one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. The place felt chaotic, the care was sloppy, and I left feeling like I’d wasted both my time and money. Nothing about it inspired trust — I actually felt more anxious after leaving than I did before the appointment. I’m leaving this review anonymously because I don’t want the hassle of dealing with any pushback, but I think people should be warned. There are far better practices out there — I’d avoid this one if you value your teeth and peace of mind.

   I had a great experience with the hygienist. Devlina was very kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly and gave helpful tips for keeping my teeth clean. My teeth feel amazing after the cleaning! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

   I would like to take the time to let you all know about my dental experience. I happened to look on a neighbourhood website and someone recommended to try the Dr Fang dental surgery in Finchley. Dr Yap who is an associate dentist there, accepted me as an NHS patient. I have now completed my treatment, and found it to be very quick and efficient without compromising on quality. I am very pleased with the outcome and very grateful to Dr Yap, who is an experienced dental practitioner and very professional. Likewise his assistant and receptionist who made my visits to their surgery calming and reassuring. Many thanks to Dr Yap and the surgery staff.

   Dr Yap is very helpful and friendly, however we have been treated quite rude by the receptionists when we called the practice. They gave different information in person and over the phone ... the practice manager’s communication was very unclear and tbh quite rude to the patient, she showed her own frustration in front of patient making people feel uncomfortable and not being respected.

   Awful customer service for the first time I called the practice. I was put on hold twice and was rushed with my enquiry. Didnt get the woman name but certainly wont forget her voice. She had the audacity to say ... you are not welcome at our clinic ... after telling her I was not happy rushing my conversation. She lost me as a possible new patient!

   Very good work by Dr Yap, Dr Fang's associate. He put back my fallen golden filling done by a previous dentist who passed away and removed my plaque in a total job taking less than 25 mins. Rebuilt my tooth as a 'work of art'. My wife too got a filling back in and we were all very pleased with the result. Extremely professional.

   I have come to Dr Fang for a second opinion . My husband comes here and always speaks so highly of him. Not only did he examine me in the gentlest manner he was also very knowledgeable and explained in great detail what my problem was. A fantastic dentist.
