Today was my first appointment and I am so happy with my service. The reception was friendly and was very easy to book in. Dr.Rizvi is very informative, professional and did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth!
I have been going here for a few years now for both check ups and procedures. Dr Rizvi, Dana and Elizabeth are all amazing and very accommodating, especially if you usually hate dental procedures!
I’ve always hated going to the dentist and maybe I am the worst patient a dentist can ever have, but Derby Road Dental Practice is absolutely brilliant! From hygiene appointments to root treatments, everything has been handled with such care and professionalism. Dr. Haider is absolutely amazing – so patient, gentle, and thorough. Elisabeth and Dana are fantastic too – they make you feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you walk in. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re nervous about dentists like I am, this is the place to go!
I visited this dentist about 4 years ago because i wanted my gap closed and had always hated it. 4 years later and it was the best thing i did, my confidence has improved so much and the results look so natural. I needed a filling and came back last week and will be getting my whitening treatment too. Highly recommend, very friendly and professional.

Very good service and friendly staff. I had my root canal treatment here. I was anxious about the procedure, but it went smoothly and I was numbed very well for the procedure and had good result. Dr Rizvi is great and very professional. Would recommend it!
This is a fantastic dental surgery and can't recommend them enough. I had an abscess and it was sorted quickly and almost painlessly. I will never change my dentist again.
Had quite a bit of work done here about 4 years ago. An implant, 2 porcelain veneers, bone graft, x-rays and bonding. I'm pleased to say all the work has held up beautifully and I've had no problems. Considering the price was so competitive I did have a few doubts and that's the reason this review has taken this long as I'd hate to send people somewhere that isn't good....but that's not the case here thankfully. All the staff were very kind, very attentive and now I need more treatment on different teeth I'll definitely go back.
I had the gap between my front two teeth removed by Dr Rizvi using composite bonding. This is something I have been insecure about for years and Dr Rizvi fixed it in 30 minutes! The procedure was quick, painless and my teeth look amazing. The colour match is fantastic and the composites look completely natural. Dr Rizvi and his assistant were extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend!
This dental surgery was recommended to me by a friend. I always hated going to the dentist because it’s uncomfortable, painful due to sensitivity, and the dentist always berates you for poor dental hygiene even though I have zero fillings and all my own teeth. Dr Rizvi was the first dentist ever to have a polite and informed discussion with me in which he laid out a programme commitment under which we could improve my dental health for the long term. 3 years (and no abrasive or invasive work!) later, I have great teeth, no gum disease and zero sensitivity, and I honestly never ever mind going to the dentist. Affordable, too, which makes it even easier to maintain regular visits!
