   I visited this clinic with my son. The front office staff were very welcoming! Dr Sara was really helpful with my son's dental needs. She gave me full information as to what is needed and good for him. I would highly recommend this clinic.

   My sons are treated here. The receptionist and orthodontist are all very friendly and nice. Very professional. The only problem is the availability of the appointments which we have to 2 to 3 months for another appointment if I need to cancel. Otherwise very good orthodontist. Would definitely recommend.

   Attended the surgery for my appointment today & was greeted by the lovely Kerry & Rob who are always so welcoming/warm when you visit the surgery & knowledgeable when asking them for information. Dr Dudley knight was very good also & very professional with dealing with my issue today so thank you all!! Was a very nice, quick, easy/ pain free experience.    After dissatisfaction of service from my previous review, I received excellent service from the reception through to the doctor. My frustration was lack of communication.but overall I'm satisfied with my orthodontist and my daughter is happy with her pink braces. I will continue with the treatment.

   My daughter has been seen here for the past two years, excellent orthodontist. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is great as you can park for 30 minutes for free opposite.

   In this Orthodontics there is an absolutely terrible orthodontist. It is so bad my children would beg me not to take them back. I put in an official complaint on the guidence I would receive a letter, once I had received the letter I could take matters further if I still wished to do so. Low and behold I never received a follow up letter from this practice. I asked if it was possible to transfer to another orthodontist because things were just awful there. I was told it was not possible to transfer because the money for the treatment was already tied up unfortunately in this place. My children luckily agreed to see a different orthodontist on this site and from then on they were quite happy (only occasionally seeing the original orthodontist which they would dread). I did insist that my husband attend regular appointments with them because I honestly felt I couldn't trust them anymore with our children. on a side note as others have said they really need to change the receptionist she is incredibly rude and abrupt. The nurses here are lovely and that's great but you really need your children to feel safe and respected at the hands of the orthodontist. So I'm sorry but I really can't recommend this place if your dentist recommends this Orthodontics I strongly advise you look elsewhere. If it was possible it would be zero stars from me I'm just glad my children's ordeal is over.

   Receptionist isnt the most friendly she's rather abrupt/rude, not the right position for her considering she's dealing with the public and young/nervous patients. Orthodontists have been nice though, I attend with my youngest daughter (14) This is convenient distance wise for us.

   I had a great experience here. I hadn't been to the dentist for a few years and of course I was worried about getting my teeth checked. The staff were so friendly and inviting. I felt so comfortable and was very happy with the service. If I had any problems with my teeth, I know I would be looked after here!
