   I have just started my braces journey in my mid-40s and despite initial reservations & anxiousness; I have felt reassured by Dr Sadiq & his colleagues from the first appointment & subsequent appointments. The process has been smoothly so far & I am confident it will continue on this trajectory. I have always been very satisfied with the service at Orchard as my two daughters as teens used their service & due to the positive experience; I had no doubt that Orchard would be the ones to guide me through my braces journey.

   I was nervous at the start of the treatment, but my dentist assured me and gave me confidence that everything would go well. My bracket broke off several times during my treatment, and when I contacted, they immediately scheduled an emergency appointment for me. I'm almost at the end of the treatment. They were professional, and I am pleased with the treatment and Iam glad I chose Orchard Orthodontics.

   Amazing customer service! I have been seeing Dr Sadiq and Jenita for my invisalign treatment, they have been nothing but attentive. I could not recommend them enough. The staff are so lovely! Shout out to the team at the front desk, Nabir and Kiyarah have been so welcoming. I have been looked out for from the very beginning of treatment, Yesim has been helpful every step of the way. 10/10 service!
