   After breaking my fibula in May it’s been a traumatic experience physically and mentally. After my first session yesterday with Alex just want to say he performed a miracle as my Achilles’ tendon isn’t sore anymore and my calf doesn’t feel that tight and not struggling walking. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and has an in-depth understanding of sports injuries and the rehabilitation process. He has an empathetic , reassuring and extremely professional approach and has successfully guided me through a multitude of injuries and has eased many pains. I would highly recommend this practice and Alex in particular.
