Really happy with my experience at Half Moon Dental. I had my wisdom teeth removed and re-root canal treatment recently - the treatments went well and the dentists were informative and supportive. Having a specialist endodontist for the re-root canal was very reassuring.
I would definitely recommend this dental practice - I see Dr Nici and she is not only very honest about what work is and isn’t needed, but is very skilled at filling work. Gentle, skilled, and personable - everything you would want in a dentist. Thank you!
I attended a check up appointment at Half Moon Dental Centre. I first off all would like to praise all of the reception staff who are accommodating and supportive, with such a friendly attitude. Both over the phone and in person! I have not been to a dentist since 2012 because of bad experiences with dentists, growing up as a child/ young adult. I was filled with pure anxiety as I sat in the waiting room to be called running through all the horrible scenarios that could occur. Little did I know, that my experience would be the best I have ever had due to ‘Jack McSweeney’ who is a dentist I would highly recommend to everybody. He has such a friendly personality that put my nerves at ease straight away. He explained all of his recommendations clearly and honestly. This appointment has left me full of satisfaction and I have already booked my next appointment.
Great experience. Daniel is a consummate professional; staff at reception are friendly and helpful. The surgery is immaculately clean and the procedure I had was successful and stress free. Highly recommended!
The dentists, hygienists and reception staff are good. The management are concerned with profit and not clinical care. They ended my children’’s orthodontist treatment when the dentist moved and sent us to north London for that for years of travelling across town. After years and thousands of pounds spent at the practice they have put a delay in our next routine appointments as we have joined the patient plan scheme and haven’t hit the time threshold. Zero good will from them to long term patients.
Reception staff are welcoming and friendly. Conner is an excellent hygienist - very kind, professional and always does a great job. Always answers my queries thoroughly and provides good advice and recommendations regarding my cleaning routine.
After arriving in London, my son had already worn braces for 1 year, it was important to continue the treatment correctly. They turned to Ines, a super specialist, first an overview of what was before and what the situation is after a year of using braces, a new appointment. We have been with Ines for half a year now, she is just a super specialist, everything is fast, high-quality and professional. We are very satisfied, I recommend that if you need system braces, you should be treated only in Half Moon Dental Center.
Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I am a nervous patient but they are extremely friendly, professional and patient. They also take time to explain what they are doing to you, which I find reassuring. And even though it’s a private dentist I didn’t find they were trying to sell me a lot of extra treatments. Also the reception staff are lovely, they didn’t mind when I had to cancel an appointment very last minute when I got covid. Overall I highly recommend this practice.
Service with a smile. The Receptionists are very helpful, any questions they will endeavour to answer. Always accommodating with appointments. You feel in safe hands and listened to by the dentists and hygiene team. I have been with this practice for around 20 years or more and even though I have moved out of the area I still attend this practice and so do my parents.
