   From posting the sale to completion next place have been amazing. Huge shoutout to Lindsey Clarke who was there for us every step of the way even when we were asking things that had nothing to do with the sale. She was amazing. And to Nicola and Louise in the after sales team massive thanks for chasing and chasing and chasing the solicitors to get everything sorted for us. Me and Lucy really do appreciate all your hard work. Thanks again and I couldn’t recommend more.

   My husband and I had an offer accepted on a property being marketed by Next Place Estate Agents. From the very start of the process to exchange of contracts, they have been friendly, professional and highly efficient. Lyndsey originally showed us the property and liased with us throughout our offer being made, and Nicola and Louise dealt with all areas of the after sales service. All 3 have been so professional and helpful, constantly updating us of everthing going on, keeping in regular contact with our solicitors and agent, always returning our calls/emails promptly and working tirelessly to ensure our purchase moved forward, even when there were some challenging situations to overcome. We would highly recommend Next Place and in particular the ladies who worked with us during our purchase. Thank you very much to all.

   I can’t recommend Next Place enough. From start to finish we had the best service. We had used other agents previously but they were no where near the standard provided by Next Place. Lyndsey was professional and knowledgable when marketing our property. Louise and Nicola were amazing with supporting us through the after sales process, going above and beyond their role at times to ensure we understood everything. I always felt comfortable to ring and ask questions and they all helped us in any way they could.
