Very nice building in a quiet neighbourhood but the lift is horrible! Takes about a minute to open and close.
Difficult to get to correct entrance. Address very confusing ! Four postcodes for similar addresses. Car parking non existent for visitors ! Secure but very hard to access. No concierge.

Love living here has a few issues but the location is great and its very quiet other than seagulls! in the inner ring.
Lovely place to live, although can be very noisy given the location. Lots of problems with the lifts and doors though.
