Great location for walking into bham City centre, has concierge, 5 minutes walk to New St Station and had a large teaching express on corner of building. Alot of conplaints re parking but people need to display permits.
I lived in the complex for a while, and what distinguishes it most is the location in the city center, very close to the center, and under the complex, a Tesco supermarket, and a Birmingham University bus stop, a minute away from the apartment. The management of the complex and the concierge are excellent. Middle and high schools are close to the complex As for the apartments, some are renovated, some are old, some are with free parking, and some are without, and wooden balconies A large proportion of the apartments overlook the indoor car park There is no garden inside the complex
This place gets the worst review I could possibly give for two reasons. 1) I received a parking fine & court summons for parking in my parking lot despite them saying it's free parking and giving me a parking permit. 2) Whoever is there customer service over the phone and though email is so rude and unhelpful. Please explain to me why 6 weeks later, the fine still isn't sorted and they're acting like I'm in the wrong!!! I got fined for a free parking spot and her response to me was there's nothing they can do.
Dreadful place to live- no soul, insane parking fees and fines if you forget to display, horrible flats, no sense of community. I wouldn’t rent or buy here.
