   Situated in the heart of Birmingham, Centenary Plaza is within walking distance of New Street and Five Ways train stations, providing excellent connectivity. The development is also close to The Mailbox, a hub for designer shops and restaurants, and offers easy access to hospitals, universities, and other city amenities. Residents benefit from a range of amenities, including:  • A 24-hour concierge service. • A private gymnasium. • Secure allocated parking spaces. • Meeting rooms for residents. • Courier collection services. P.S. You will not find spacious apartments than Centenary plaza in nearby vicinity. We have been living here for the past 2.5 years and have no complaints till date.

   Before you move in, please read this: As a resident of Centenary Plaza, I have had negative experiences with one of the female receptionists. I have been treated disrespectfully and spoken to in a manner that felt unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming on multiple occasions due to minor issues, similar to what another reviewer has described. While most of the reception staff are polite and professional, I found this particular receptionist's behavior disappointing. There is a sign in the elevator reminding residents not to be aggressive towards the receptionists. However, I feel that this respect should be mutual. Otherwise, I believe that it would be unfair and unpleasant for residents. If you expect respectful and professional service, I would highly recommend carefully considering this factor before deciding to move in.

   The problems about the delivery happens twice. One is the concierge doesn’t do anything about missing items. They said probably someone took it. Another is my parcel is delivered but they refused to check the parcel. Until I showed the proof of delivered item then they began to check and find my parcel.

   Concierge staff are rude and unhelpful. Building manager is completely useless. The courtyard has turned into a playground for a few children causing a nuisance to everyone else. However, the manager and staff adamantly refuse to do anything about it.

   I was delivering an order to Centenary plaza few minutes ago,when I arrived at the door I didn’t see the sign pull or push ,then I gently knocked on the glass wearing gloves so the receptionist can see me and open(because outside it was freezing)…..Then that girl(the receptionist )got so nervous and angry and started yelling and screaming and swearing from the inside to me for no reason and I could literally see it and that was so bad behaviour from her to do…. I could have been a costumer of the Plaza…. when I got inside I asked her ,why are you angry?? She responded,well first there’s a sign at the door that you can’t knock on the glass…. And then she didn’t say nothing. Horrible behaviour from a receptionist, I hope one of the managers see this. I’ve never made bad reviews before, I also have friends living in Plaza and I am sorry to do this but that girl should be fired. This happened on Thursday 8 December around 20:00 o’clock at the evening.
