Worst place I have ever stayed . Avoid like the plague booking was down through Airbnb (Seven living). The building corridors stunk of bad odour, carpets dirty, windows don't open making it stuffy and uncomfortable, lifts not working and apartment on the 9th floor been told this has been the case for 2 years which is a disgrace!! I brought my car after being told parking is available only for the car park gates not work and I had to pay for parking outside. Extremely unhelpful concierge staff ( the balding guy with strong Birmingham accent) This whole building needs major work or just to be closed down if they don't want to spend money to fix these issues.

Please don’t move here. It is an awful place to live with no lifts, bin rooms and parking. Windows don’t open and the ceiling drips when it rains.

No lift, no hot water, cracked tank water!! And they just cut the power for no reason. I am now waiting for the water to be cut soon!! Just asking why you provided the sofas, chairs, beds!!!!!! Come and take them as well

Avoid like the plague. Meant to be a two-night city break for party of four. Turned up for the first night but apartment was already in use so after several hours eventually 11:30pm had to find alternative hotel. Embarassed concierge said this has happened many times previously with guests. Turned up for second night, shown to aprtment, but it was filthy (see photos)! We were told to go away and come back later. Ruined our weekend. Partial refund after hours spent on phone and emails, but did not make up for the dreadful experience.

I'd like to know how the Birmingham council approved this office building as a residential property with the crucial issue of having the usual living standards! 1- All windows are sealed, and ventilation systems don't work efficiently. In summer, the hot air is damped in the flat and breathing is hard. 2- Wall insulation is not appropriate, and heat loss in winter is considerable. 3- Windows glazing is poor. 4- Heating facilities are so inefficient and highly energy consuming, and in winter, we are constantly freezing 5- The water tank system design is so terrible for keeping water warm in winter, and you have hot water for 6 minutes taking a shower! 6- Ginger energy, as a utility provider, will charge you based on commercial tariffs and the most expensive providers in the UK, and you can't change it. You will have the highest electricity bills in the UK if you are living here! If you want to waste your money, I recommend you to live on this property! The positive point is its location in the city center!

We’re being charged 92p per kWh and can’t change energy suppliers. Lift has been broken for 4 months.

Awful place to rent. The windows are not open, and you are melting during the summer. The temperature has a difference of 10 degrees inside and outside the building. I don't know how the government allow them to build this apartment.

My family and I are now staying at one of the apartments from this company, Seven Living. This apartment is not the one we saw on advertisement. It is smaller, and it has only one bathroom instead of two as mentioned on the advertisement. This company said the one with two bathroom is not available at the moment. We got no any refund or price reduction. This is really a scam !!! The heater doesn’t work at all. My family including two young children have to wear down jacket the whole day at the apartment and they still feel very cold. We keep making complaint, of course no response. Imagine how bad the situation is if there is no heating when the outside temperature is below 0 degree Celsius. This company has no sense of responsibilities at all. The apartment is also not clean. We always get bite by ticks. We have already paid for this apartment for whole month. We are still suffering........
