   Hi all, professional and students please don’t select these agents for your next home. I signed contract from one year but had to terminate due to promotion for which I paid termination fees, plus one rent and also compromised my deposit. Still receiving harassing emails since last year for rent. If the contract is not terminated then what money they took as a termination fees ? If it’s terminated then why they still need rent ? I left that property since last year, still they are after money. Such cheap and classless people. Zero communication between team members.

   Would not recommend this firm at all, was pushed into using them by estate agent bairstow eve (country wide group) as they make money off the referral and was told offer will only be accepted if we use davisson’s, No communication whilst going through the process, complete mess at the start as they thought i was selling a house even tho I’m a first time buyer don’t understand how that works. Ended up pulling out of the sale and then getting emails months later regarding the sale with the email ending with we know you are not buying anymore so clearly what was the need. I’m assuming no searches were ordered so clearly pocketed that, Then to top it off a year later i’m getting constant emails and texts of an outstanding balance of £4.20 needs to be paid due to some ID checks that were preformed, ironic how when we were going through the stages never got a single email and when a balance of £4.20 is due we have non stop communication. Please just avoid and don’t listen to any estate agent saying you need to use them.

   "Terrible experience, absolutely avoid!" I moved into this property on October 18th, and immediately encountered issues with a broken window that wouldn't close properly. Despite numerous complaints, both in person and via email, the issue was never resolved untill today. The window remained open, causing a cold draft inside and forcing me to keep the heating on almost constantly, leading to exorbitant electricity bills. I also raised the issue of the bills with the agency, but I never received an adequate response. While my contract obliges me to pay certain bills, I believe I should not be held responsible for the high consumption caused by a structural issue with the property. Communication with the agency was disappointing, and they never took action to fix the problem. I strongly advise avoiding this agency/landlord as they do not take care of their tenants and fail to maintain the property in proper condition.

   My experience with Davidson Estates was amazing, I literally couldn't have asked for a better service. Their communication throughout the entire process was prompt, helpful, and informative. It really felt like they cared about us during this purchase, and went well beyond what I expected. Thanks to our estate agent Jonathan, we knew exactly what was happening at every stage of our purchase process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. As a first time buyer, this was such a daunting process for us, and Davidson Estates made it so much easier.

   The process of agreeing the initial let and getting the lease signed all went all. After this was done I have not been receiving great service or assistance from the time I have collected the keys. I still have numerous issues to be sorted out at the apartment.

Davidson Estates staff, particularly my sales Consultant, were polite and professional throughout. My email. WhatsApp & telephone queries were fully and promptly responded to. All appointments were timely kept. The Letting Team in liaison with my sales Consultant got my apartment let on record time - within 24 hours of handing them the keys.
