Wonderful practice. Great staff and very good at their job. So glad I could get myself and my son a place there as patients. They’re amazing with kids which is wonderful!! Very happy with my experience so far ☺️

Been attending this dentist for a few years now due to not liking changes however I missed one appointment & just went back since. My treatment was disgusting! I was filling in forms with the receptionist standing over me & I wasn’t able to write a simple date due to my anxiety & being watched, I told her which she said should I turn around like it was a joke. My two children was with me 16 & 5, 5 year old has autism & was crying twice while I was inside the dentist office I told my son to take his brother up so he could stop crying only for the dentist to say I’m shouting & he has a headache so I ask if I was being loud & him & the receptionist both said yes. If u been there u know it’s only small in there so I don’t ave to shout for my son to hear me. I said I wasn’t in a good mood as to let them know I could do without this today which he then rushed my treatment. When he was finish I said to him my son has autism else why I was telling my son to lift him up cause after crying he would start destroying things. He was saying I’m loud & if I want he can band me from his dentist & saying I’m very rude. I’m 34 years of age & I was not begging a service not because it’s NHS ur still getting paid for a service. I now have a filling in that’s is causing me pain because it was rushed & apparently my dentist had a headache & by the looks of it they didn’t want to work today.

I was dubious after reading some of the reviews but had a great experience at this dentist. Receptionist was lovely and very professional and the dentist was also really pleasant and put me at ease. I struggled to find any dentists in the area that were accepting NHS clients but this practice was accommodating and I have another appointment booked in a weeks time to sort out a filling that is much needed. The place itself is a bit basic but my experience was great.

I had gone to my dentist in Stoke Newington Dental Practice on Church street and they had made it clear that I had a cavity in my right top wisdom tooth which required extraction, for some reason they couldn't extract and they offered NHS referral (6 months) or private @ £250.00. I didn't take their referral, later that week as the tooth was infected and painful I made an appointment at Nice Smile Denal Surgery and they assessed the x rays and removed the infected wisdom tooth within 25 mins. It has now been 48 hours and I have not had any pain since the extraction, the cost of the tooth removal was £65.00. I would very much recommend this practice should you ever require any emergency or reasonalble priced dental work!!!

I called around 20 dentists in the area and Smile & Shine were the only that could get me in. Had a check up and deep clean today with Dr Sadoh, both himself and the receptionist were friendly and welcome. I didn't have to wait, was seen straight away and was in and out within half an hour.

Dr Sando is so lovely and very caring! Very good dentist. The practice is quite basic but it does the job.

I called this morning to cancel my appoint which was at 3:30. I’m a single mother so my baby sister couldn’t make it last minute. I called and the dentist who made the appointment for and checked my teeth picked up the call, he was extremely rude and had the nerve to try and argue with me on the phone over my situation. The first time I went to the dentist, this man had no problem perving over me. I highly recommended do not attend dentist at all.

The dentist is not respecting patient at all I was have a appointment for my teeth to be fixed when I arrive it was bit early so I went back home on my way home I was having panic attacks I couldn’t brief after my husband call them and left massage that I am not able to come because of my hart problem then week after I call them to rebook my appointment and the dentist call me and told me that because I miss appointment he will see me after 6 months-time I ask him why after 6 months that is too long for me to wait that I am in pain which he was knowing about it and he replied to me because you missing appointment.I explain why I missed because of my panic attack happening to me on the day and he said to me that he is not accepting I feel from him that he is punishing patients if they missed appointment I never see in uk for 20 years of living that doctor or dentist will punish patients for missing appointment and special when you get unwell it was really disappointing.to see this I would not recommend this dentist !!! because this can happens to anyone and to punish patients for that is disgusting
