I have recently joined Duckett Dental as an NHS patient and have had several appointments, including a long overdue check up, hygienist and fillings, and have been very pleased with my treatment. All of the staff, including the receptionists and my dentist Dr Mehri have been very friendly, helpful and attentive. My hygienist Zeynep is very caring and patient, and was very thorough and informative on how to take care of my teeth and gums properly. I have seen a big improvement in just a month - I only wish I had gone sooner! I would highly recommend.

Avoid this dentist they are the rudest people I have ever seen. They are very disrespectful they treat you like animals. I attended here for a root canal. She forgot what she was doing she asked me if I was sure that teeth was the one painful, which she saw me last week and she told me herself it was this teeth that needed treatment. She has memory problems. I went here with my 4 year old daughter which I didnot have no where to leave her. She refused to do the treatment because I took my kid with me. She started shouting at me next to my 4 year old kid.
I don’t write reviews but I feel obliged to do so today. My appointment was at 3, I waited 1 hour to see the dentist and the receptionist told me it will take even longer because the current patients procedure was taking longer than expected. I understood and I told the receptionist I had to leave because my day is scheduled and i had to go somewhere else and that if I can reschedule it for another day. The ladies at the receptionist were all understanding and very helpful and sorry that it took long which I understood and it can happen no problem. But then out of no where an old lady came and had a tantrum at me for leaving and was extremely rude, I asked why are you so angry what happened why are you behaving like this and her reply was because she is the owner and has the right to act how she wants and then turned over to the ladies at the reception and said we cant give me no bookings anymore and then left. She was having a go at me like she was possessed or something and then I left without escalating the situation further because her husband is a great man and and top quality dentist that we respect and have visited for 20+ years but this women is definitely not normal.
Today I visited this clinic first time and it was perfect; A clean and healthy environment, friendly and professional staff, specialist doctors, multilingual service in all dental branches. I recommend.
Worst dentists in london!!!! If you care for you teeth and mouth id strongly recommend you to stay away!! The receptionist has lost her feelings and cant even crack a smile which makes the patient feel unwelcome! Looks like the whole world is on her shoulders. And the young guy thats a ‘dentist’ looks like he's been held there by force to kill time. I had to ask him to take an x-ray of the of the tooth that was aching and all he did was huff and puff. If you don't like your job and can't do it properly without the patient assisting you mate don't do it!!! If you're being forced to slave labour you should talk to someone and get outta there !! Because thats all im sensing from the behaviour Diabolical !!!
Best dental surgery I’ve ever been to, highly recommended. They treat you very well, fast and a pain free service. Once you try this place you wont go anywhere else.

I went as emergency and they were very helpful. Everyone was professional and they explained to me step by step what was wrong with my tooth and the treatment. Prices are really good too.
