   Before paying the deposit, Davidson Estates were friendly, responsive, and helpful. The moment the deposit was paid — before we had even moved in — communication disappeared. Calls went unanswered despite calling 3–4 times a day. We were constantly told someone would call us back. They never did. When we moved in, the apartment was filthy and unhygienic. Stains throughout the property, urine-stained curtains, dirty bathrooms, stained mattresses, and carpets so bad that when a professional carpet cleaner attended, the waste water was pitch black. This property was clearly not cleaned or properly prepared before move-in. We have photographic evidence. We reported over 20 issues immediately after moving in. Repairs were slow, incomplete, or never done at all — even by the time we moved out. One of the most unacceptable failures was access to basic amenities. It took six months to receive a postbox key, despite repeated requests. The key was only provided after I stated I was awaiting Home Office correspondence and would escalate the matter. Even then, staff attempted to shift the blame onto us for “not asking earlier,” despite multiple documented requests. At check-out, they are now attempting to raise issues that were already present at check-in and clearly documented in the inventory, appearing to shift responsibility for pre-existing problems onto us. In reality, the property was left in better condition than when we moved in. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating and stressful renting experiences I have had. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and a complete disregard for tenant standards. Posting this so others can make an informed decision before renting through this company.

Communication was clear, and once a decision was made they acted quickly and efficiently to resolve everything.    I’m very grateful to the Excellent help and support we received during our purchase process which took some time because of having to sale other property some where else in the country. Jon was extremely helpful to facilitate all the possible obstacles and liaise with our solicitor and the other letting agents to help us reach the final completion date. He was kind enough to leave us small gifts at our new home. I would definitely recommend him and his company for all my friends and family

   Davidson Estates have been brilliant - particularly Jaime who has handled pretty much every aspect of our tenancy from viewing to moving in. Responses have been amazingly prompt, she has kept us totally in the loop every step of the way and been great with any queries. She supported us through some issues we had with RentProfile by chasing them, and even went above and beyond by keeping in touch with us via text when she wasn't even in the office, and had an outside-of-work appointment. Davidson and specifically Jaime have just been so brilliant and reliable, and have made the whole (stressful!) process so much smoother and easier. Thank you so much!!

   After much searching and a lot of disappointing and unhelpful estate agents, Davidson properties helped us find a lovely property to rent. Jaime in particular has been wonderful. She saw us through every step of the process and even after moving in, she is still helping us with any issues we are having. Would highly recommend. I have had to deal with many rude estate agents and Davidsons is by far the best.

   I think Davidsons are exceptional . Ben kept in touch with me over the course of years as my circumstances changed and my mind repeatedly changed about what I wanted to do with my property He and Melissa were so sensitive to the nature of my indecision and they understand the emotional aspects of moving and the trauma around divorce . I think the fact that Ben created a rapport of trust with me over so many years by checking in with me every 6 months or so meant that when the time came I would have never thought of going to any other agent . I now work with Caitlin MacDonald and she’s exceptionally responsive at her job. She is readily available even able to help on bank holidays. she is really committed and professional. She really cares about delivering good service. She has kept my tenants really happy with smooth communication and prompt problem solving . I recommend them all for this award because they really care about offering a personal service
