Having recently needed a crown on my tooth, I've been in smiles in Caterham a few times in the last month! They've always been excellent, clear on communicating whats needed and what they are doing and why. The work I've had has been done well and fairly priced.
I had a great experience with Caterham Smiles! The staff were all really lovely, my treatment was really affordable and the Dentists themselves were fantastic. I’m very happy with the care I received and I would strongly recommend this dental practise!
First time visiting this practice and I honestly couldn’t be happier. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They kept me informed every step of the way, so I always knew what was happening next, which really put me at ease. I was seen quickly, the practice was spotless, and the overall environment felt calm and comfortable not at all what you’d expect if, like me, you usually dislike going to the dentist! It genuinely felt like a nice place to be, and I left feeling relaxed and well looked after. Highly recommend.
Just had a crown fitted and was impressed with the service I received. A big thank you to Dipika who took the trouble to make sure I was happy with my treatment. Back up staff were also very pleasant and professional too.
Saw kamila and Beth today... they were brilliant and they both made me feel at ease. I'm not a massive fan of the dentist but they certainly made my trip easy :)
Kamila & Beth was amazing , the best dentist experience I have ever had being very nervous about the appointment they both made me feel at ease and happy to come back. Couldn’t fault them both they was outstanding and very good at what they do thank you ladies for being so patient with me .
After chipping a front tooth I have just had a complete smile upgrade by Sara and nurse Bella. Sara the dentist is an artist, she was very gentle as I have Temporomandibular disorder which means I can't open my mouth very wide, but she managed to do all of my treatment despite this. I am so pleased with the results and highly recommend Sara.
Absolutely amazing! The girls that helped me Kamila, Larnie and Beth were so welcoming, helpful and reassuring. They all went above and beyond, would 100% recommend this dentist.
I recently visited Caterham Smiles. I hadn't seen a dentist in 16 years. Terrible I know, however I suffer from trypanophobia so this was a very big deal for me. My anxiety was sky high before my appointment. I saw Sara and her assistant Bella. Throughout my appointment they both put me at ease and showed compassion. Sara explained my ongoing treatment , which I'm happy to proceed with. Even though I get bad anxiety before the appointments I know I'm in safe and understanding hands. Thank you for your time and patience. I highly recommend them.
