   I recently rented a property through "Martin & Co Sutton Coldfield” and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. Zohaib was very friendly and composed throughout, making the process smooth and stress-free. He organized the viewings promptly and with great care. On the other hand, Emma guided through all the paperwork, and was always friendly and professional. I really appreciate their hard work and personal touch. Highly recommended!

   Thank you so much to Matthew from the Sutton Coldfield branch of Martin and Co for supporting me so professionally and kindly to purchase my first property! Matthew showed me around and guided me through the process from my very first viewing up until completion. He was diligent, experienced, competent and very friendly and approachable. On completion day, Matthew even kept the office open a few minutes late for me as I was dashing back through the Friday night traffic after work to collect the keys. I couldn’t recommend him and Martin and Co more highly, and have been very impressed by their service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in future if I were selling a property myself. Very happy customer with her keys!

   Have used Martin and Co as both a landlord and to sell a property and in both cases the service provided was excellent. The house sale involved selling my house in Erdington after I had moved to Scotland and therefore I was not around for viewings etc but Chloe and the team took care of organising everything and were always a phone call away to offer advice or answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.

She is extremely organised and efficient, as well as supportive and helpful. She is easy to contact and replies quickly. She is proactive and communicates with sellers, buyers and solicitors throughout, managing what can be a difficult process very professionally. She is a superb estate agent. I found all the team to be friendly and effective, and I highly recommend this company.
