Kate was the kindest hygienist I’ve ever had. Doctor Kleila was also super sweet. Both of them were so thorough and took such good care of me. It was my first time at this practice and I will definitely return.
Excellent dental practice. All staff from the receptionists to the medical team are very considerate and helpful. Dr Anira Patel has a nice reassuring manner and explained the options before undertaking the treatment. I also saw the hygienist Cheryl Mathews. I am very pleased with the treatment I received.
I went for a scale and polish and was DREADING it since I recall other procedures that were brutal to say the least. However, techniques have clearly moved on during the embarrasingly long period since my last dental appointment. Katarzyna Cyndrowska is very good and I was able to endure the long-ish session without squirming. I would highly recommend her.
Great experience! The dentist was thorough, patient and caring, I didn't feel a thing, teeth look great now. Reception staff very helpful too - a rare treat these days. Top marks all round.
I recently had a filling done by Dr. Agata with the assistance of Nurse Aisha, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Agata explained each step clearly, worked with great precision, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Aisha was wonderfully attentive and reassuring, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Their professionalism and teamwork made the procedure smooth and completely stress-free. Highly recommended!
I have been going to this dentist for over 5 years - everyone is always so helpful and polite. It’s not a stressful experience at all and you can speak to the dentist about any worries you have. The people on reception are helpful too! Thanks so much
I had far from the best experience at that place, and as I received an email inviting me to write a review, here it is. On arrival at my appointment time, reception sent me to the top floor, where the only people I could find were handymen doing some repairs and blocking the way with a ladder. Without any notice, I had to wait for half an hour to finally see someone. The practitioner then gave me an x-ray scan, but was unable to communicate me the results because of "computer problems". I feel like this was a waste of time and money.
I was not impressed with the dentist. I wanted treatment for a filling that had come loose. She did not know what treatment to carry out. Kept asking me what I thought she should do. I actually wanted her expert opinion. In the end I did not receive any treatment at all. Only an X-ray was carried out. Sge then told me to make another appointment at reception. I then asked if should would treat me whilst I was there. Her reply was she could only remove the filling but could not give anymore treatment at this appointment. I refused as I didn’t like the thought of having less cover to my cavity than I arrived with. I then went to reception who said she had put a charge on my account for treatment she had not carried out. The receptionist kindly went up to the said dentist to address this after calling twice by phone with no success. I was then told the charge was a mistake. After well over a decade of using this practice I will definitely not be returning as the service has now become unacceptable.
So far excellent! Haven't been to the dentist for around 13 years, as I had a bad experience elsewhere and to be honest it put me off going. I had to visit due to tooth ache & I felt at ease straight away. If things continue as they are I will definitely be recommending this practice. Friendly staff and a nice environment.
