I really am disappointed as me and my partner left our old dentist to come here thinking we wouldn’t be treated the same. Disrespectful, dismissive and rude. It’s everyone’s basic human right to ask questions for reassurance. No matter how much experience you have. 20 years doesn’t matter because it’s your job to answer the questions politely. Especially if ur client is being calm and respectful towards you. You certainly do not dismiss there request for reassurance and tell them to leave your practice. I know people have that given To kick people out if they are showing any disrespect or abusive behaviour towards your dentist do you have absolutely no right to do that with no given reason if someone has been calm collective and making a basic inquiry about his teeth that has been having issues since June? If your client has gone through trauma And severe damage in their teeth and has been dealing with it for seven months it is your priority to make sure They are looked after and assured that they passed experience and welfare is intact. I am extremely appalled because we made you extremely aware of our past circumstances and how we were treated in the last dentist practice we went to. The fact that you have also have had complaints about dr Hussain 5 years ago and he still works there and is still acting in treating clients in this way is extremely concerning.

Terrible, most of the staff is a professional aside from Dr Hussain who was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. I asked 2 questions regarding repairing my filling politely and he responded in a rude tone by stating he had been in this profession for over 20 years and and that I am asking to many questions and threatened that he would request for me to leave. I was in such disbelief in the moment and with my experience. The rest of the staff in the practice are great aside from Dr Hussain who has been the rudest and most unprofessional dental practitioner I have have ever seen in my life. He his really bringing the reputation of that practice down .

It's easy to give five stars for Dr Martin who has been my dentist for longer than i can remember. He is kind and helpful and always does a great job in sorting out my dental issues. The atmosphere in the practice is welcoming and relaxed and it seems that staff retention is incomparable - i always see the same receptionists and dental nurses - it must be a great place to work to keep the staff for so long. I needed to have a number of fillings which included the removal and replacement of an old crown. The whole experience was reassuring and i am one happy customer - i highly recommend Dr Martin

I used to come to this practice as a child and teenager, always seen by the lovely Dr. Martin Hussain. Although my last visit was back in 2008 (I live very far from the practice), I’ve never forgotten his kind and wonderful presence. Dr. Martin was compassionate, funny, respectful, and genuinely brilliant at what he did. Even when my teeth weren’t in the best shape, he never shamed me or made me feel uncomfortable—something that’s incredibly rare and meaningful. I always felt safe in his care. I’ve recently made an appointment to return, and I’m truly looking forward to seeing him again after all these years.

I have been a patient of Martin for over 30 years and I couldn’t recommend him more for his professionalism, attentive and super friendly approach that makes you feel like he cares about you. I had had terrible experiences previously and dreaded going to the dentist, always fearing they’d do more damage than good - and hurt me! Going to Martin’s reversed all that, which is why I have stayed with him, because I trust him and his exceptional skills and knowledge.

I consider myself to be one of Martin Hussain's more 'needy' patients (I get stickers - I'm nearly 60!). Having been phobic of dentists all my life, and only going when in a crisis, I have finally had a stern word with myself to get a grip. I had a gum abscess a few weeks ago which I was terrified to tackle. But something had to be done so I nervously made an appointment and three hours later I trembled my way into the surgery. I hadn't visited the dentist for years, and I was a bundle of anxiety. Martin was kind, gentle, understanding, and even funny. He put me at my ease. He gave me the magic cream so I didn't feel the needle and the procedure was over with before I knew it. I have promised myself that I will get my gums sorted and attend every year for a check up. Today I went for a follow up scale & polish, plus filling. Martin took it upon himself not to give me the magic cream this time, and injected me. I had heard horror stories about mouth injections so was expecting it to be excruciating but I genuinely didn't feel a thing - that's coming from a needle phobe! Today I left the dentist feeling empowered, and feeling I've made strides into overcoming my severe dental phobia. And that's down to Martin, plus also big shout out to Jackie, the dental nurse, who was incredible when my anxiety didn't even allow me to have Xrays - because of her creativity we nailed it! Honestly, if you are a dental wimp like me, this practice is where you need to go. It's worth it. [photo - me - proud as punch - with sticker]

Worst surgery ever for NHS patients. Different level of care provided for those who are private. Was a patient here for too long with dental work incorrectly carried out. Recrowned my tooth without clearing up an infection and have had intense pain ever since. Never run to time but never apologise for the inconvenience. Rude and disrespectful staff. Would not bother unless you want your time wasted.

Had been suffering from severe wisdom tooth pain and had been searching everywhere to be seen by a dentist. Called the practice and was offered an appointment the following day. Dr Hussain was so warm and welcoming and explained all the work I would need to get done, which included going under sedation to have the wisdom teeth removed. When I went in, I was incredibly nervous but the team were so lovely and helped me stay calm. Though it was a lot of money, for the amount of work I was getting done, I think it was great value. Now on the other side of the procedure, it was worth every single penny. Could not recommend this practice enough, and would give 6 stars if I could!

I needed to find a new dentist and was searching through the internet and read reviews on Dr Martin Hussain so I called the practice and was greeted by the most loveliest receptionist. She talked me through the price plan and what the availability days were that suited my schedule. I then arrived at the practice for my appointment and Dr Hussain was exactly like what the reviews said; he was welcoming, friendly and polite and spoke about everything that was required (thank goodness not a lot). He fixed the issue that was causing me discomfort and through it all made me feel relaxed as I'm not a fan of the noises their gadgets make as it makes me nervous. I think I shall stick with this practice as long as Dr Hussain is my dentist. 10/10 experience
