   I had my second appointment with Dr Abz and again it was a excellent appointment I had two teeth removed and I had no pain even though he pulled them out of my mouth he was keeping me calm at all times talking to me and telling me how it was going with the extraction of my two back of my mouth teeth anyway he pulled them both out and I didn’t feel a thing the operation went perfectly otherwise teeth were extracted with no problems I was so happy because I was getting pain from the teeth and wanted them pulled out of my mouth I couldn’t eat on the right side if my mouth or drink any way I was so happy at the end of the appointment everything went well thanks to Dr Abz he’s so nice and friendly I’ve had a lot of dentists and he’s the best the receptionist was lovely and friendly too the dental practice is brilliant I would definitely recommend this dentist practice

   I have used this surgery for many years. I attended yesterday for quite extensive treatment. My dentist, Leanna, was superb - as always. Incredibly caring and expert treatment, supported by her wonderfully kind and very professional dental nurse. The reception staff were also extremely helpful and full of smiles. All round, the experience simply couldn’t have been better. Thank you.

   I started coming to this Dental Practice late last year after years of neglect. Aida has been an absolutely great hygienist; efficient, informative, and accommodating. When you think of the usual anxiety and worries that come with intimidating dentistry - this place washes all those fears away, along with a cleaner and healthier set of teeth to boot! All the staff, from the receptionist to the dentist, are also just as great and polite!

   I’ve just come from seeing Diana (the hygienist) who does an amazing job with looking after my teeth. Unfortunately they will never reach the perfect condition and pearly white smile that Diana has, but I don’t make things easy for myself. However, I can’t praise Diana highly enough as she does a magnificent deep clean without pain. A brilliant jet wash and polish that reminded of when I had my dusty old Volvo and treated it to a deluxe car wash and wax. Diana, is the most charming and professional hygenist I’ve seen in years. I might have to go more often!

   UPDATE-I have since been to another dentist for a second opinion and have been told that the 3 urgent fillings I was told I needed by this practice are not needed at all. Had a pretty bad experience here. Needed quite a few fillings, had my first 3 fillings in one session and had my mouth clamped open for an hour and a half without any breaks or the dentist asking if I was OK. Very rough treatment, suction hose being stuck on to the outside of my cheeks and face multiple times due to carelessness... I was left with severe tooth pain for 2 months after treatment and when I went back and told the dentist she replied with 'I don't know how long the pain will last, could be weeks could be months' General lack of care felt from this place. Asked for my dental records (so that I could take them somewhere else) and even that took 2 months or so. I have to say this experience has made me anxious about the dentist... Something I have never had before. Would not recommend.

   It took two dentists and 5 appointments to do my root canal because they didn't want the root canal specialist to do my appointment when I'm not paying. My tooth still hasn't been finished and has now broken. I can't attend anymore appointments as my son was unwell and I missed my appointment, so now I have to register with another practise. Clearly not a family friendly practice and they think they're too good for people not on a salary.
