I phone yesterday for appointment for myself has I got a very bad mouth. The receptionist said I need to register again but won't take me back until apirl. So now I have to be in pain until April.thank you
There is reception who are very rude.I been there for emergency appointment after my appointment it was caccel it before one day.She send me message for my next appointment which was after 1 mounth. This is really unprofesional. I was 8n very bad pain she keep în front to the main Doors doesn't gave chace to express my self how I.m sau again Verry Rude.
There is a receptionist who is very rude and unprofessional. I went in to ask for an appointment and she rudely replied saying why are you here, we do it by phone. There was no queue but she proceeded to ask me questions about the patients in an angry manner and in a rush. Very very rude. I have not been able to get an appointment from them for 3 years! I do not recommend registering here.
Such a sorry excuse of a dentist.. was 3rd on que phone and waited over 2 hours.. eventually hanged up.. Went direct to dentist and they dont open the door but rather speak through the speaker with the door shut lock. I think there in prison or something. The disrespect is unreal. Will be moving from this place.
3 Years ago, I opted in getting composite bonding and I found this practice when previously known as MC Lewis Dental practice and what can i say the service that was delivered was more than exemplary, I was listened to, consulted with all the possible options and treated like a person not just a paying consumer. I’m impressed to say the least and would highly recommend due to the cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism, Im excited to go back since I was delighted with my results I trust them to do a good job again. This place emulates quality over price and reviews.
Absolutely appalling service received!! **DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE !** Both the dentist and their helper were extremely rude and condescending. I had come in for an emergency appointment as I had an extremely painful ulcer which was caused by a poorly fitted filling I had received previously by the same dentist. Instead of being apologetic, the dentist denied that she should see anything wrong, despite the fact both of us could feel the sharpness of the filling that was cutting into my gum and had caused a huge ulcer. Adding to injury, was met by rude staff members who tried to rush my appointment, whilst very rudely reiterating how I was taking up too much time.
Receptionist was rude and abrupt on the phone I’m sure she was eating, kept cutting me off when I was trying to make an appointment. Being a registered patient here I can also confirm receptionist staff are also very annoying and unprofessional in person too. They are selectively nice which always triggers me and hence the mixed reviews. However the dental team themselves are superb in comparison. I always say I’m going to change practice after every visit but end up staying on as this one is local to me. As someone here said previously, the overall experience is not one to be desired if you value customer service but it gets the job done.
I have been to many dentist in Tower Hamlets over the years, and this one is one of the best by far. All the reception staff are nice and friendly, Adrian Is my dentist and he is amazing very kind and gentle. My daughter also loves going for her check ups with Adrian.
I've been a patient here for 11 years and have always had a swift appointment time as I've been flexible when I could attend , the rare times I've had to rearrange they've been very helpful and also given swift referrals for wisdom tooth extraction. All in all this is very efficiently run surgery with friendly staff from receptionists to dental nurses and dentists. I have only had good experiences here and can only speak highly of this medical establishment.
