Really happy with my experience here. I've been worried about going dentist for years. Dr. Usman was was great. Teresa was amazing with my deep clean and really put me at ease.

The hygienist is great. However I've been waiting for the dentist to send a referral to have my wisdom teeth removed. It's been well over a year and the hospital still haven't received one...
My mum rang the clinic to register as a new patient. The receptionist said they weren’t taking on any new patients. My mum asked again if they could take her on as she really needed to be seen. The reception raised her voice and was so rude and told my mum why don’t you understand we aren’t taking any new patients and was really abrupt. My mum was shocked and had to put the phone down, so glad we didn’t get treated there if the receptionist is so rude can’t imagine what the other staff are like.
I felt very comfortable and confident in Dr Patel’s knowledge. She explained everything that was happening and showed me the x-rays so I had an understanding of what needs to be done at my next appointment. Highly recommend
They're good at their job but you leave feeling like you're just a CASH-COW to them. This practice doesn't have the feel of a warm NHS dentist of the past this is first and foremost a BUSINESS with a capital B. Go in with both eyes wide open as there will be aggressive selling and on one occasion I've had private work done on me without being informed that it would be treated as private work and without be told how much I would be charged for it.
I had a check up appointment today with Dr Anish Patel. Thankfully my teeth are all good and no treatment was needed, however, I was very happy with the service received. I was booked in last minute due to a cancellation which is much appreciated and treated with care. I believe I heard that some staff are isolating because of Covid and the practise is extra busy, the phone didn’t stop ringing while I was there. When I do need work in future I will back and hoping for the same experience :) Thank you!
Highly recommended. Dentists take great care in the treatment and there is good communication throughout. Recently had two fillings redone and dentist was very good at calming nerves. Also good availability of appointments, including in urgent cases.
