   No morals, incompetent staff, and money grabbers. I parked here for an NHS APPOINTMENT recently and was supposed to be told by staff to register my vehicle, but the incompetent receptionist for Health Harmonie didn't think to do this for me, so I now have Civil Enforcement after me with a £100 fine.. Even after appealing to explain this was the fault of the receptionist on-site (which is states in my SMS booking) they would only reduce the fine, but still persisted that I was in the wrong. There is nowhere else to park when attending any type of appointment for this business space, so make sure you insist that the receptionist registers your vehicle, otherwise you'll end up with a ridiculous fine. I'll be avoiding this depressing hell hole like the plague next time.

   Only used the car park while my wife had her eye examination. No problem finding a space and it was free parking. A pleasant experience.

   I have today received £100 parking charge for non-payment of a parking fee at Highlands Rd Solihull Bizspace. I have never seen signs for parking charges or any ticket machines. I have parked here at least 4 times previously while waiting for a relative to see the NHS eye doctor in BizSpace. There is no mention of a parking fee on the NHS appointment letter. SEE PHOTO. I am disgusted.

   I visited the ophthalmologist in this new clean complex- there was adequate parking- even disabled and a disabled entrance -- the reception area was cold and there was a lot of empty office space noted but as I say it was clean and a bit warmer once past reception --the nurse I first visited carried out a few eye checks before handing me over to the doctor in the next room -- both very informative and very knowledgeable and informed me of my test while carrying the tests out yes I was well impressed with the set up

   Poor parking, small spaces and few. Door hasn't worked for months and no reception to let visitors in,then no heating. Lights on everywhere in common areas on sunny day. Seating area so naff, artificial uncomfortable, seriously needs health and well-being redesign.
