I would say Partridge estate is one of the best in Solihull. Being tenents for exact two years my personal experience with them was awsome. No surprise visits, no stress, good communication and prompt reply in case of any work needs to get done by their handy man. Here I will say their contractors and handy man who fixes the repair matters need’s improvements. They don’t do job as per required standards that’s the only opportunity to mention. Susan I have no words for her firstly the way she spokes very soft and in humble gentle and curtious way. Always find the solution of the problem thanks Susan Partridge and we will miss you. Tracey when she used to come for inspections always very nice and cheering to my wife. She helped me to fix few bits at the end and supported me to not to have any further issues at the end of the tenure. Highly Recommended! I contacted them in search to rent a flat. First of all, I would like to praise and appreciate Susan. She spoke so softy, humbly, calmly, pleasantly, welcoming me, which most of the other letting agents and companies don't do at all. Whatever I say about Susan in praise is less. Such a lovely, soft spoken, calm, pleasant and very helpful lady she is. I called them few times and every time Suisan talked to me in the same way, very politely, humbly, kindly, respectfully, pleasantly and helped me immediately. My daughter recently bought her first place with Partridge. Throughout the whole process the whole team were friendly, helpful, endlessly patient and were a great support to us. Partridge Homes are the only agent I will use for my rental portfolio.
