   I finally feel like I've found a dental practice where I'm comfortable. I am absolutely terrified of dentists, hygienists, any sort of dental treatments...unfortunately, after not going to the dentist since pre-COVID I had a very negative experience at another local dental studio in Enfield Town, which compounded this further. I went to see Neel at Dental Practice On The Hill for a second opinion following recommendation from my parents, and I am so glad I did. He is so kind and has the best people skills of any dentist I've ever met. Coming up with a treatment plan felt really collaborative and gentle, and I have now had my first of two deep hygiene sessions (I was so scared but this went well - Daiene is a fantastic hygienist) as well as been referred to London Dental Surgery Centre to have my wisdom teeth out under sedation (I have also already had this procedure, and I am so relieved I didn't have to have it done under local). Thank you to Neel, Daiene and team...whatever happens for my teeth next, I finally feel like I'm in safe and honest hands.

   I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist, but Neel has completely changed that for me. He’s so friendly, gentle, and incredibly patient – always making sure I’m comfortable and at ease. The receptionist team are always welcoming and helpful, and all of the dental nurses are lovely too. Nic in particular is amazing – she has such a calm, reassuring way about her that really helps with any nerves. They’re also fantastic with children – my toddler absolutely loves it there and even asks about Neel when we’re at home! I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else – the whole team here are incredible!

   Iam an extremely nervous patient but I saw a dentist called Neel and he was the most kindest understanding dentist I have ever seen . He listened he cared and was so patient with me . I’m so grateful to his kindness towards me . He put my faith back into seeing a dentist thank you I highly recommend nervous patients to see Neel !

   This is the best dental practice I have been to in my life, and sadly I have had my share of visits to the dentist over the years so have gotten to know a LOT of dentists. All of the receptionists are friendly, helpful and do not get phased by my varied requests (such as always finding me 4 consecutive appointments on the specific day I want to come so my whole family can be seen together). Waiting times vary; sometimes we are seen immediately upon arrival and sometimes it can take a while but never an unreasonable amount of time, which is what I had often experienced at other practices. I have only been seen by Mike so cannot offer a review on the other practitioners. But WOW is Mike amazing. He is highly skilled, caring, patient and does EVERYTHING he can to save every tooth, even those that have long been condemned by other dentists. Even the most anxious of patients can feel calm under his care. My 7 year old LOVES going to the dentist and that is extraordinary as most kids her age are terrified. Whilst he is carrying out the treatment he is constantly explaining his every action in minute detail so you know EXACTLY what he is doing at every moment. This is something I have not experienced elsewhere and I find this habit tremendously reassuring. He also really CARES about your teeth, always gently reminding you to stay away from the bad stuff that will cause damage. Last week my son had an unfortunate accident where he fell down and broke two front teeth, one of them very severely. Since these are adult teeth I was naturally very concerned and did not wish to leave him in pain until a proper appointment could be scheduled. I explained this to the receptionist and Mike squeezed us in the same day for emergency treatment and we will be returning later this week for proper treatment. What a guy! I hope Mike lives a thousand years because the day he retires I am going to be devastated. I know without doubt that I will never find a dentist like him again.

   Mike McManus has been my dentist here since I was a child, he now treats my two children and he’s simply brilliant. They’ve never been afraid of the dentist thanks to him, and they always get the best care. The reception staff are also incredible, always happy to help and guided me through every step of the registration process when I was a bit lost!

   Mike MacManus has been my dentist for the past 30 years. He is gentle and meticulous in his work, he always gives an honest assessment and his bedside manner is phenomenal. As a child, I used to be extremely nervous going to the dentist, but after seeing Mike I now only feel excited for my next check-up and I always leave in a good mood. I have seen many medical practitioners in my time and Mike is certainly a unicorn! The receptionists and nurses are very welcoming, warm and friendly as well. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

   This was the best thing I ever did changing to this practice. You are greeted by the lovely receptionist who knows me and we always have a great conversation, we have grand children of the same age. Neel is so caring and listens. He does not offer unnecessary treatments and is always honest. He shows interest in my life, which is so refreshing. Roush is an excellent hygienist, my teeth look and feel better since I have regular checkups. I am not scared about going to the dentist these days in fact I quite enjoy it Thank you all for an outstanding service
