   ***If you think your child may need braces but Brophy Dental Practice is refusing get a second opinion now***. Please think twice about using this dentist for your Children under the NHS. They don’t like to complete the work that are the NHS prices and will refuse but agree to do the works privately. I requested for years if my son could have a referral to an orthodontist and for year they refused this but always saying that it could be done by them privately at a cost of 4k. After a discussion with a family member they advised that I change dentist and get a second opinion in which I did. Only after the first visit to new dentist in Dulwich was it confirmed that my now 16 year old son had required braces as he had severe over lapping and this would only get worse as he got older. He also has an overbite that again over the years would have gotten worse. They also went to say that it was long overdue and if he had gotten them earlier he would have been over the worse of it but now he will be in his late teens before he finishes his treatment. ***If you think your child may need braces but Brophy Dental Practice is refusing get a second opinion now***

   Very rude staff, especially on the phones. When cancelling want proof for this and that during a pandemic!! Will not be going back, will not be taking my children back. I advise others to go somewhere where their word is trusted and as adults we are respected and not dealt with like children!

   I've been to Brophy Dental Practice on several occasions now and I have to say, the service has been exceptional every single time. From the professionalism of the reception staff to the knowledge and experience shown by Shivani, the other dentists and the amazing hygienist, it's clear that this practice takes it's work very seriously (but they do it all with a smile). I would happily recommend this practice to anyone!

   I have always experineced great professional care from all the staff at Mr Brophy's. Shivani is a caring and great dentist, who always puts my mind at rest during treatment as I am a nervous patient. She explains treatment in very good detail and answers all my questions clearly. Highly recommend this dentist.

   Shivani has treated me recently firstly for an extraction and now for a crown. I had avoided going to the dentist after bad experiences before at different practice. Shivani has got to be one of the best dentists in Bromley I cant praise her expertise, patience and all round exceptional treatment enough. The support staff are also friendly and welcoming. If you need the dentist and are a bit nervous then see Shivani you will lose yr fear.
