   I have been with this dentist for around 35 years and have generaly been given a service that has been quite good. However on the last two occasions I have been less than impressesd. I had suffered a broken tooth so thought it may need seeing to. The dentist poked around a little and confirmed the broken tooth. She imediately offer to take it out. As I didn't consider that it needed to come out (I can feel the hole in my tooth with my tounge) and the fact that there was no pain, I said no to the extaction. There was no mention of a filling or any other remedy. The consultation came to an end (5 mins), I paid my £27 and left. The time before around two years ago, I had the same experience. A front broken tooth. Again the dentist offered to take it out, I said to fill it if she could. She then offered to fill the tooth temporarily which she did with a warning that it wouldn't last long. The tooth with temporary filling is still there. I don't like the idea of being offered a summery extraction with nothing else being offered. I am not impressed.

   Had veneers fitted by Tahir a little while ago, they look fantastic and am so pleased with them. Tahir takes the time and effort at every step of the way to ensure you are happy with the procedure. I cannot recommend him highly enough, he is very approachable and understanding.

   Dr Zaki is just amazing. It has been over 20 years that I have had treatment done to my teeth without a numbing injection. Today he managed to convince me to have two fillings and cleaning without any numbing and I did not feel any pain at all. He has taken my fear from visiting dentists. Well done Dr Zaki. You are the absolute best! Thank you hugely for building my confidence back.

   All the staff at Manor Park Dental Practice are fantastic and always very helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff in particular Teresa go above an beyond to help. I regularly see Mr Rattan & Lauren King for check ups and hygienist appointments and cannot fault them. They are superb at what they do and I would never think about going anywhere else. Thank you.

   I have total confidence in Manor Park Dental Practice. I have been with them for years... even moving away made me realise it was well worth coming back for regular check ups. I am extremely pleased with the attention, care and treatment I receive. I am thrilled that my daughter and grandchildren now attend. I had a wisdom tooth removed not that long ago and totally forgot when my dentist asked me on my recent check up if I had any issues with it! I remember being pretty scared at the prospect but it was removed so quickly and pain free. Thank you so much for your skill and patience.

   Excellent dental practice, my husband and I have been under their care for over 30 years. Before going to this practice I used to be a very nervous patient. Mr Rattan is an exceptional dentist and he’s so very kind and caring. My grandchildren also go to this practice, they are wonderful with children. The receptionist are lovely too. If I ever move away, however far, I’ll keep to this practice.

   The medical and reception staff are excellent, but I don’t understand the statement of payments which does not seem to follow any system I have come across previously and is not easy to understand. The receptionist I was dealing with recently over a query regarding an outstanding payment struggled to comprehend my account, so what chance does a patient have? Some treatments have a requirement to pay a deposit in advance, but that doesn’t clearly appear on the statement of payments! Please change to a system that everyone can clearly understand and follow!

   Paying might be a but painful but the treatment is anything but. Manor Park Dental Practice came highly recommended to me; a few year on and it has yet to disappoint. I have always hated and feared going to the dentist (courtesy of my not so nice dentist in my younger years) but at last I have found a dental practice that has put that hate and fear of dentists to bed. I still dread having fillings replaced but Jay and his assisting dental nurse are friendly, professional and make me feel at ease. The receptionist team are welcoming, friendly and helpful with a special shout out to the Nepalese lady who stood out above all others.
