I was finding it difficult to find an accessable dentist for my elderly grandparents. My grandads dentures fell out and broke so when I phoned the dentist the service has been exceptional from start to finish. Sue was the 1st one I spoke to and was understanding and got us in really quick. Stephanie was our dentist and has been fabulous. I even doubled up and got my nan booked in to(she's in a wheelchair )to have her dentures done. I explained my granddad's 90th birthday was coming up and if it was possible to have them by this time. She delivered. All the staff we've come into contact with have been brilliant. Friendly, understanding, patient, empathetic and helpful. The practice is clean and doesn't actually have a dentist smell. I wish I brought them sooner. So thank you

Recently changed to this practice. Appointment availability is good. Receptionist very helpful with booking appointments for the first time though you can also book online. Arjun the dentist was informative and picked up on some potential issues and I need to return for a follow up. However, I do not feel comfortable returning to the hygienist. It was 6 months since my last clean. The new hygienist did scale all around the base of the teeth but only polished the top front and bottom front of my teeth while my previous hygienist polished all-around my mouth and also went through each tooth gap with floss or inter Dental pick. I did not get this and can see some calcification in my front tooth gap. I also pointed out I had some berry skins stuck on the top surface of my molars but she said they could not be removed and were enamel damage. I have just removed some debris using a wooden toothpick! I would have also appreciated being allowed to rinse out my mouth at least once during the appointment. Disappointed as quite a pricey private charge and was expecting a more through service.

Exceptional Care and Service – Highly Recommend! By Izzy I recently had a dental emergency when one of my veneers came off. Unfortunately, the new dentist at my regular clinic seemed uninterested in helping – I was sent home without even a temporary solution and told to return in 10 days. Feeling frustrated and desperate, I called Docklands Dental House, and I’m so glad I did. From the first call, the experience was night and day. Sue at reception was incredibly helpful and kind – within an hour, she had arranged an appointment for me. When I arrived, she checked me in efficiently and made me feel welcome, even though I had to wait a short while (which I didn’t mind at all given how quickly I was seen on such short notice). I was then treated by Dr. Anusha, who was not only professional but also warm and reassuring. She clearly explained my options and took the time to answer my questions, which immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. Once I made my decision, she and her assistant Jazz worked together like a well-oiled machine – calm, confident, and completely in sync. Their teamwork and skill were impressive and comforting. Honestly, I left wishing they were my regular dental team. I can’t thank the staff at Docklands Dental House enough for turning what started as a stressful experience into one of care and support. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental clinic that genuinely puts patients first.

I strongly advise anyone and everyone to not attend this dentist!! I’ve attended 3 times this month. I kept quiet about my experience during the first 2 visits but after today, I’ve decided to write a review. I hate to use such description as I am a black woman myself but I do not have anyone’s name a part from the actual dentist I saw. I’ll start with my encounter today with the rude black girl/woman, i believe she’s a hygienist, that always hanging around reception sitting on a cupboard chatting with the Asian receptionist. I called this morning and was given an same day appointment because Sunny (Dentist) did not do my filling properly last week. After around 40mins to be seen and seeing a guy that came in after me be seen before me, I asked reception how much long it would be. To my surprise, I was met with rudeness and defensiveness. The black girl/woman sitting on some sort of cupboard on the wall, interrupted the receptionists I was taking to and said she told me on the phone this morning that I would to “sit and wait” abruptly. I told them that’s not actually what was said. She told me while we wearing discussing a time that I would be seen in between appointments and offered for me to come at 12:30. Anyways after a back and forth I was told by the Asian lady to wait until the guy that came after me has finished with Sunny (dentist), in a tone as though I’m her child. I think it’s ridiculous that someone should “sit and wait” however long it takes for your dentist to fix an inadequate job. Once Sunny finished, the black girl went to his room and was talking to him and the woman in there, I’m assuming talking about me as when I was called in, they asked if everything was ok. The previous two visits I had, the white lady was polite and greeted me when I would enter the room but Sunny was short and unwelcoming. That leads me to say that my two previous appointments was a terrible experience with Sunny. He was not friendly or welcoming. I actually felt uncomfortable but really wanted to sort out my fillings. Last week, he made several calls while I was waiting on the chair to sort out a cab journey for family. After the procedure, he never explained anything and looked at me like I was stupid when I asked after care questions, for example, how long should I not eat for etc. He also presented the same way at my first visit.

If your child is autistic. Don’t bother bringing them here. I brought my son in twice and you can see the impatience with the dentist. They don’t do anything, just count teeth and send you home. I’ve recommended so many people there. Now I’ll take them with me to another one we heard are amazing for kids autistic or not. As a mom, it hits different.

Great service. Sue and Sejal were very friendly and helpful in accommodating my needs and took the time to explain clearly the problem I faced and the possible treatments. Will definitely recommend this dental clinic.

Amazing experience from being greeted by reception staff, to being treated by Dr Kishan Patel and his lovely nurse, who were both gentle and caring throughout. Dr Patel resolved all of my many issues in one appointment; all being completely painless procedures. Highly recommended practice and will be returning again. Thanks to this amazing team.

I went to see Dr Kishan for two tooth extraction. I was a bit nervous at first as i have never extracted two tooth at the same time. But he made me feel very comfortable and felt absolutely no pain during the procedure. Kishan advised me what to do after the extraction to make the post-recovery painless. Reception are lovely by the way!
