   Unfortunately, my experience with this dental clinic has been extremely disappointing. The most frustrating part was the reception staff, who were unnecessarily rude and dismissive throughout the entire process. While the dental practitioner was polite, it quickly became clear that she was not fully confident in her work. She made a retainer for me that didn’t fit properly, and instead of resolving the issue effectively, she began filing it down to the point where it nearly had a hole. When it was evident that she couldn’t help further, I was told I would have to wait five weeks until the orthodontist returned from holiday—and that I would need to pay an additional £80 to see them, despite already having paid £170 for the retainer. On top of that, I had previously paid a £50 deposit, which the receptionist completely overlooked when calculating the final amount. This led to me being overcharged, and it was only after I pointed it out that the mistake was acknowledged. To add insult to injury, when I placed the faulty retainer on the reception desk so it could be returned, the receptionist very rudely said, “Well, we need the retainer back.” That was exactly what I was doing—handing it back. All in all, this has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and strongly advise others to avoid it altogether.

   The best ortho experience ever, when you have a doctor that becomes as a family member it says a lot. Dr Georgina is so patient, sensitive and professional in every single way. We have been traveling 4 hrs one way for every app for 3.5 years, but never would change it and would be doing it again. Would recomend to anyone 100%. Dr. Georgina is one in a million! Thank you so much being there for us and our daughter ❤️

   I always recommend for my family and friends Dental & Medical Clinic. I am coming to this place more when 6 years, and never have any problems. Doctor Sonata is one of the best dentist and so many times saved my tooth. Staff in this clinic are very welcoming and supportive. I am Always happy with quality and price. Highly recommend!

   Best dental practice so far. I've been using Poplar dental practice for over three years and haven't had any discomfort so far. Reception ladies are brilliant and very helpful with appointments and accomodation. Sonata is an amazing dentist, she gives you confidence that you are in good hands and will give you great advice what to expect and will give you best dental care. Dental hygiene by Dominyka is outstanding and very professional with lots of tips how to keep your teeth in a good condition. Thank you for good work and great experience.

   Customer for this practice for almost two years, time in which I had bone graft, implants, bridges, and many other things that I can't name. Doctor V and Doctor S are very professional and will explain everything in detail. Never had a camplaint about them. The receptionists a great ladies and will welcome you friendly. Prices are very good. Highly recommend this practice

   I'd highly recommend this dental clinic if you live in the area. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Like many people, I'm quite scared of dentists, and I've had many awful experiences. Dr Christina is by far the kindest and most professional dentist I have ever experienced! She has always been patient, understanding and gentle with me! I used to get severe anxiety before going to dentists (even for a check up). This dental clinic has completely changed that behaviour!
