   I found the reception staff very helpful, and the dental assistant, Alex, was brilliant - he was kind and playful with my 2 year old. However, I am disappointed and shocked at my experience of a children's dentist - the dentist, Lawrence, was rude and cold, did not know how to engage a toddler and the whole thing was traumatic for both me and my son. He was rude to his assistant on front of me.

   Attention of Management. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the way my son's appointment was scheduled and the subsequent handling of my request to reschedule. I recently received a text message informing me of an appointment that was arranged without prior consultation. Additionally When I attempted to change the appointment within three days' notice, I was informed that my son would be discharged as a result. I requested a copy of the policy that justifies such a decision, but my request was denied. Additionally, when I asked to speak with the manager, my request was refused. This lack of transparency and communication is extremely concerning. If such a policy exists, patients and their families should have access to it rather than having it used against them without explanation. I find this handling of patient care unacceptable and request the following: A clear explanation of the policy that dictates discharge due to short-notice appointment changes. A written copy of the policy for my records. An opportunity to speak with a manager regarding this matter. I expect a prompt response and a resolution to this issue. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this complaint to the relevant healthcare oversight authorities. I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to your response.    The receptionists both the guy and the lady are so rude. They have no manners. Iqra the dentist is great my son and daughter use to see a male dentist he was rude. Now they see iqra. My kids are special needs and the male dentist use to treat them like they a object. No manners. Things gota change.

   Without doubt the rudest reception staff I've ever encountered. The dentists and technicians are wonderful but good luck trying to get through to them via an army of people who don't seem to have any manners whatsoever.
