   Great experience with Dr. Seymour. My daughter had 'bad' misaligned teeth. I had no expectations at all, but Dr Seymour and team acheived the unexpected. My daughter now has perfectly aligned teeth. This had helped a lot with her confidence and feels she is ready to face uni with a big smile. Thank you Green Street Dental Clinic and Dr. Shiri Seymour for your patience and hard work. You made a painful experience bearable. 5 star review for the whole team!!

   I'm disappointed. I had a broken tooth, so I called the practice. I told the receptionist I wanted to make an NHS appointment, and she said, "OK." I arrived at the practice and my tooth was treated. The dentist said the handling will be £200, and I need to go back in 3 weeks to check if the filling is working well; if not, we will see what the next step is. I was happy the filling worked, and I went back to the dentist. I told her the filling was good, so I thought we were done. But she started talking about how I need more things done to this tooth for a few hundred pounds. I became upset as I didn't see this coming after my first appointment and my agreement with her. She said I misunderstood her, but I don't think I did. I realised later at the first appointment that they had quoted me private prices rather than NHS prices, even though I had specifically asked for NHS service. I'm really disappointed, and I don't recommend this practice.

   This morning, my wife went in for dental fillings, and the experience was unacceptable. The student took an hour just to inject her gums for four fillings, which is an excessive amount of time. When the female dentist arrived, she immediately intimidated my wife by insisting she needed work done on the other side of her mouth. My wife, who had already been waiting for a while, expressed her frustration, and the dentist raised her voice, escalating the situation. Her behavior was not just rude; it was unprofessional and bullying. I contacted the practice to file a complaint, and they claimed someone would call back, but no one did. This is a clear example of how patients are being treated poorly, and it reflects badly on the entire profession. I urge others to think twice before going there, as such behavior is unacceptable. If I had been present, I would have taken further action. It's truly disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in a healthcare setting. Avoid this place at all costs.

   I have been attending this Dental Practice since my mother first took me as a child. Although the name has changed from Dindol the quality and level of service has been kept. A high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained, not only in the treatment rooms but in all areas. The staff are very knowledgeable and will always take the time to explain the treatment and allow time to answer any questions and address concerns. There are no hidden costs as these are explained and agreed up front. The staff are always well presented and display a high level of personal cleanliness. They are friendly and caring as well as professional. You always get a warm welcome on arrival from the receptionists and a follow up courtesy reminder about upcoming appointments. The receptionist will always try to accommodate your appointment preferences. Thank you Green St Dental Practice for making me feel valued.

The dentist was also amazing very kind, patient, and took the time to explain all my treatment options clearly and in detail. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I appreciated how they made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Highly recommend this place.
