My Invisalign journey at Ultrasmile has been great. The whole process felt smooth and comfortable thanks to their guidance. Dr Ashwark Sabri is very professional and always attentive to my progress. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
I’m currently towards the end of my Invisalign Lite treatment at UltraSmile and I cannot express enough how happy I am with my new smile transformation as well as how fast and efficient the whole process has been so far. I had my initial consultation with Khoi and Faye who were both very professional and thorough when going through all the different braces options, prices and payment plans available. I was then booked in for a check-up with Dr Maha and Virginia who were both very friendly and efficient and made me feel at ease throughout my appointment. I needed two fillings done before I could start my Invisalign and the procedure was super relaxing and completely pain-free! I then commenced my Invisalign in October 2022 and have since been going to follow up review appointments to make sure that my teeth are moving as expected. A big thank you to Dr Maha for always going above and beyond and exceeding my expectations! Also, thank you to the reception staff for being so warm and welcoming and accommodating appointments to my work schedule. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough and I look forward to continue coming here after I complete my Invisalign treatment for my annual routine check-up and hygiene clean.
Review for hygienist + check up (since 2021) - Prices: In line / marginally higher than other private practices but no "surprise extras" (have to pay upfront but have not had any issues getting full refund when cancelling with notice) - Hygienist: Done with two staff, are friendly and professional and on top of dental history - Dentist: check-up is also good with friendly professional staff (although would monitor when last X-ray was done as can be missed) - Reception: Friendly although VERY hard to reach on the phone. Really should not be waiting for 20-minutes with no staff for days where practice is closed but not noted anywhere (website or google page)!
I’ll be honest and say that I am really late to this review as my final appointment was a couple months ago. But I am constantly reminded by the quality of service delivered by the team when I look in the mirror. I was pleased with my consultation and appreciated the detail of it. The focus was consistent, the front of house team were very professional, and Dr Maha, brilliant, and that’s not to forget the other Dentists/hygienists whom I also saw. But I initially struggled to find a good dentist for my Invisalign treatment for various reasons, but I settled here. Yes, my overall treatment was a tad pricey, but take a look at the multitude of reviews and compare it to the competition, it speaks for itself so it’s worth it honestly.
Absolutely hands down the best dentist I have ever been to! The staff at reception Tas & Faye are soo caring and lovely, they provide a 5 star service and genuinely care about their customers Its always a pleasant experience visiting ultrasmile you feel at ease from start to finish Dr Thang Nghiem & Dr Hamera Hussain are exceptional dentists I personally will not go anywhere else apart from ultrasmile, the service is worth the travel for me
I went to UltraSmile for my Invisalign treatment and I couldn't be happier with my teeth. All the dentists, hygienists and assistants are so friendly and helpful. The whole process was explained to me thoroughly and I had regular check ups. Even though I've now finished my Invisalign treatment, I am continuing to use UltraSmile as my dentist as I'm so happy with the service. Highly recommend.
