   Just moved in and everything is perfect! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful with gorgeous canal views. The apartment itself is very modern and well-maintained. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Kyron and the team provided us with exceptional help. We had a tight schedule for moving in and with their help our check-in process was nice and smooth :)

   We moved in a few weeks ago. The move in process was very quick and easy, the team really helped us. Ky is very responsive and answered all of our questions. The location is amazing, and we cannot wait for the canal access to be open. The furniture is extremely clean and new, the design is simple but very nice. The place is extremely quiet, we can only hear some ducks from the outside. We enjoy the spacious and bright living room. The communal areas are very nice, good design and a cozy space. We particularly enjoy the location as it is around a very nice area of Birmingham amongst the canal with a very easy access to broad street. The reception is very practical especially for collecting parcels. The team is very friendly and helpful. We also cannot wait to joining the social activities organised by the property.

   We moved a month ago and we cannot be more happy. The agency’s staff helped us a lot, always with a smile and being super nice. Also, it is a great pet friendly place where you can do a lot of different activities. In conclusion, this is a happy place where you and your pets can enjoy everyday.
