   Im extremely impressed with the standard of customer service Dixons have provided. I was selling a retirement Park Home, and due to this type of property I expected a long and difficult sales process. However the branch manager Richard Holden, and the Sales Negotiator Chloe Potter reasured me I was in safe hands, and they delivered on their promise! Consistently keeping me updated, only a few months later the property was sold, they honestly opened my eyes to their skill set and capabilities of selling a variety of property types, I wouldnt have changed a thing and couldnt have asked for a smoother sales process. I plan on moving property and renting out a property in 2026, of which, I will be coming back Dixons solihull for help again. Thank you team Dixons, Richard and Chloe, been fabulous from day one.

   Maybe I won’t be taking any property right now, but to be honest, when I was on Solihull High Street, there were two offices outside who were letting/buying property, and they didn’t even bother to offer me a chair. I ended up standing the whole time during the discussion, and they still didn’t seem to care. However, when I entered your office, the way I was treated was completely different. Someone immediately asked about my query and kindly told me to have a seat and wait a few minutes. After that, **Jessica Blyth** explained everything about the property. I don’t think I’ve ever been served like this before — it was genuinely excellent. She approached me very professionally and with real humbleness. I repeat, maybe I will not take anything right now, but you are truly the best in Solihull town centre.

   We cannot recommend Dixons Solihull enough for their efforts during the purchase of our new home. Vicky Johnson told us when we went into branch that there was a property coming onto the market in our preferred area, and she contacted us as soon as they had instructions to sell. After our offer was accepted she went out of her way to keep us informed on progress and made sure there were no problems. Highly recommended.

   When I arrived UK, I urgently needed to find a place to stay long-term. I found a house through Dixons Solihull. The staff were very helpful, efficient and professional. Although the process was complicated, I was able to move in the house in a week's time. I am sure they must have put in a lot of effort to make it happen. Very thankful indeed!

   Dixons estate agents/Countrywide Solicitors (they are the same business) are awful. We sold our house with them earlier this year and I have never had to do so much chasing. If I did not chase them, nothing happened. And that’s if someone actually answered the phone. We were constantly dismissed with false information and Dixons would blame Countrywide and Countrywide would blame Dixons. We are since renting the same house back from our buyers and they chose Dixons as their letting agent. We paid our first month rent through a portal with no problems. When we tried to pay the second month, the portal said we didn’t owe anything. For a week, I tried calling Dixons but no one ever answered. I left voicemails asking for someone to call me back so I could pay my rent. I emailed the letting agent. Nothing. Until I received a debt collection letter. To say I was upset was an understatement. When I called the number on the letter I was met once again with Countrywide blaming Dixons the branch and when I called the branch, they blamed countrywide. I now refuse to deal with either Dixons or Countrywide and any communication is now through my landlord directly. I do not recommend using either Dixons as an agent or Countrywide as a solicitor. Not if you want as quick and stress free a sale as possible. Ours took 6months and we had a cash buyer and we had no upwards chain. I can’t imagine how long it would have taken had there been a chain. The customer relations side of this business needs a lot of work. The examples I have given here are just surface level. I have much much worse examples of why you should not use any aspect of this company but it’s a bit more complicated to explain.
