Took my elderly friend a dental check up. The Dentist was kind and considerate and talked my friend through the treatment she was proposing. The only down side of this practice is trying to get through on the phone, often unable to take the call. I have left a message and hopefully they will ring me back ..
I’ve been at this practice as an NHS patient for nearly 50 years, I have always been treated with respect, kindness and professionalism by the NHS dentists over the years that my family have been coming here. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.
Extremely happy with the service. Dr Sage did a great job. Dental room has recently been refurbished which is lovely. Reception going through an upgrade. Overall great experience.
Had an unfortunate situation with one of my tooth and needed somewhere local and urgent inspection. Saw the online reviews which sees pretty good so thought I'll go with it since I haven't really been to the dentist for regularly checkups since 18 (everything is pricey nowadays) got lucky with a reasonably low maintenance teeth (touchwood) anyways easy booking online and friendly receptionist, you get the email/text reminders for the appointment. The dentist with Dr. Ashee Rajabali was very good at her role, explained the process, and diagnosed the problem/solutions easily. Made easy work of the filling and provided general hygiene maintenance advice for me. Parking is very limited unless you have disabled parking badge, but there are a few rounds around the corner where you can park and walk 3 to 5 mins. Standard prices according to my friends and own research for dental treatment... I still don't get why i have to pay the extra NHS charge bands should be covered by all the income tax I'm being robbed every month!
The dental practice is always a professional, warm and inviting place when you enter the surgery, all the staff are welcoming and supportive the customer service is great and always friendly upbeat on the phone and at the desk. My dentist is kind and gentle and very understanding of a nervous patient all in all I feel calm and looked after with all my appointments.
Tapan is a great dentist. I am a very nervous dental patients and he is always calm, kind and reassuring. Having a tooth extraction was never going to be a nice experience but he made it so much less stressful than it might have been!
Our family have been attending this dental practise for a number of years now and the care has always been fantastic (as visiting the dentist goes). We now see Michael and he is wonderful and patient with our 2 young daughters, making the whole experience calm and interesting. I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area, if they have space for new patients!
My first time at this surgery today and was so pleased with the service. All staff were so friendly and my dentist Michael was very welcoming and took a great deal of care to explain my x rays and his recommendations. I'm very pleased to now be registered with this surgery.
