Couldn’t ask for a better estate agent to look after our purchase. We had Jen looking after everything and communication was 10/10 from start to finish. We didn’t sell through them but I can imagine if we did, we would have had the exact same experience. We’d highly recommend!
We had a very positive experience, Jennifer was always available to answer any of our questions and we had many.... She handle the transition professionally and timely. She endeavored to help us by contacting the previous owner even after we moved in the new property. We really appreciated her patience and promptness to get in touch with us. The best in the game. From our initial phone call to book our viewing to the moment we got our keys, Jennifer has been an absolute gem. She is a true credit to the agency and helped us immensely throughout our journey of buying our first home. She ensured we were on top of everything we needed to be in the correct time scales and was always available and happy to assist with any questions or queries we had. Without her, we would not have met the stamp duty deadline either. She ensured the solicitors were all working together and communicated effectively to help the seller and us to reach the exchange dates as quickly as possible. Even though we did not pay for Horton & Senate’s services as the buyers, I felt they went above and beyond to support us on our journey. Fabulous service. Tom, Florence & Emma helped with the presentation and photos/video of the house. They went over and above when holding views as we were on holiday. Offers were quickly secured. Towards the completion of the purchase, any difficulties we experienced with the other parties Justyn was quick to step in and help. Highly recommend.
Delighted with the service received from Tom Storey & the Lettings team. I moved to Horton & Storey from another lettings agency, and the difference is chalk & cheese. H&S have done exactly what they said they would do, in the timeframe they said they would do it. They provided advice prior to marketing, managed numerous tenant applications for my property, conducted robust reference & credit checks, were responsive to all my questions and preferences. They have provided me with a much more robust contract (which I was able to review and comment on in advance of signing), a very professionally done inventory report (which I never had from previous letting agency), etc. I have a new tenant moving in today within only a month of marketing the property - and they found me several prospective tenants to choose from.
