   Find the dentist, very caring, helpful but only years I’ve lost some teeth. I don’t know why, but I have had Covid pneumonia and health issues. I cannot get on with dentures and I do not like my smile no more and the dentist Since she will have problems with my teeth and pull them out, so I’ve got a little bit of anxiety to come to the dentist at the moment

   I’ve been registered with this practice for a little while now, and the service has always been excellent and today really stood out. As a new parent, it’s incredibly reassuring to know you’re in caring hands. From the reception team to Dr. Anneka and her assistant, everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely looked after. Being able to get a same-day appointment for an urgent check-up for my 1 year old meant so much to us. It’s a reminder of how important it is for care providers to maintain the human touch, even with all the pressures they face. Thank you again for your care and compassion, you really made a difference to our day.

   How ridiculous you get an emergency appointment as the filling fall off and they only thing they did is to put an emergency filler, an appointment that last 3 min and you have to paid again to come back for an appointment check up, when the x ray could be done on the same day! Basically I have to go there 3 times and I have to also get another appointment for the treatment after x ray! Such a stupid service, at this point best to go private ! They think you hang around them without working ! Additionally such a Rude dentist !

   I had an urgent problem and had to leave the practice briefly just as my appointment was due to start, they managed to immediately reschedule my appointment the same day! I felt very blessed. Also, my wife said my teeth looked massively better after the hygienists intervention. So that's a bonus also.

   I have been a patient of this practice for many years. The staff are wonderful - all very friendly and helpful. Regular appointments take a while to get, but that is to be expected at any NHS dentist. I would definitely recommend this practice.

   Have only had bad experiences with this clinic. Went there with my mom twice and only felt like they were racist toward us. Never been treated like that in a clinic. Tried to tell us we need treatment that we clearly didn’t need and cost a lot. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there and specially don’t choose that Indian dentist, she makes you feel horrible.

   I am from Manchester, currently visiting family in Essex. My son developed an infection on his gums. I contacted a local dental practice in Loughton who were only willing to see my son if he paid via a private consultation however, were kind enough to give me the contact detail of Wanstead Village Dental & Health which accepted NHS patients. I contacted them and they offered my son a same day appointment. They dealt with the matter accordingly sending him away with a consultation and medicine to help the infection. All staff were very helpful, polite and provided a great level of service. Thank you so much for your help and support.

   Was told to wait in lobby until time of my appointment...last visit was told to wait outside. Only 3 people allowed in waiting area...must wear a mask even though receptionist wasn't! Treatment is brilliant, but needs improvement to patient experience.
