   Excellent practice offering genuinely caring and professional NHS dentistry. I have been with the practice for many years and I feel that my teeth and oral health are really well cared for. At a time when it's tough to get an NHS dentist, do your bit though by keeping your appointments or cancelling in good time so somebody else can see the dentist if you cannot.

   I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist at Smiles Dental Practice. I called ahead to inform them that I was running late for my appointment, but instead of understanding, the receptionist spoke to me in an extremely rude and condescending manner. She questioned me aggressively about why I was late and even told me I should “go find another practice” because I had “failed to show up,” despite the fact that I was already on my way. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and unnecessary. A receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, and someone with that kind of demeanor should not be working in a customer facing role. I was genuinely shocked by how I was spoken to , it left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope the management takes this feedback very seriously and addresses the issue, as this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the entire practice.

   I’ve just recently joined Smiles and the service is great. I’m an extra nervous patient and have always been put at ease, even during tough procedures. The two dentists I’ve seen so far are lovely, and have referred me out to other dentists to have teeth extracted because they are particularly difficult ones. The referrals have been quick because I’ve been in a lot of pain, and I’m glad the dentists knew my teeth would be difficult to extract and not try to do it themselves because the teeth snapped at my referral appointments just as they said they would! Glad to have found you guys.

From checking in at reception to my last appointment. My dentist was very polite and helpful with any concerns I had. Talked through what was happening and roughly how long. Well happy, Thank you.

   My experience at this practice since having my new dentist has been exceptional! She is literally the most efficient and delicate dentist who always does a great job in such a small amount of time who never cuts corners with an end result that's always perfect! The practice also has the unusual benefit of having a fantastic receptionist team who are always friendly and welcoming as well as being very efficient. I feel very blessed to be patient here.

   Took my elderly and disabled father to have his first appointment in over 5 years. It took the receptionist a while to help us in the door and when she did, was unable to smile or utter a greeting. The pleasantries continued until we were ushered into see the dentist and her assistant. Both were welcoming, friendly, caring and highly professional. What a stark contrast to the receptionist who I would highly recommend attend further training in just being nice

   I just want to say what an excellent service I received at Smiles Dental practice. I rang up with raging toothache to ask for an emergency appointment. I was a bit flustered because of the pain but the receptionist was very patient with me and booked me in for the next day. I saw Dr Sanaz who is always excellent, was given medication and was referred on for treatment. I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff at the practice.

   A few weeks back my daughter suffered a trauma to the mouth and when I had no returned calls from my current dentist I lost all hope. But Tanya and the team at Smiles acted so quickly so made my daughter feel super comfortable. As soon as they are taking on new adults I'll be moving my whole family here. I'd recommend to absolutely anyone. Thanks again guys!
