   Not enough doctors cause horrendous waiting times especially in the afternoon. Children department full of waiting infants. Waiting time around 3 hours...!

   First time using the walk in centre. Went on a Sunday afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful, didn't have to wait very long.

   Formal complaint made to pals regarding this service. From the receptionist who was blunt and rude to the nurse who had no empathy it was an awful experience. The place is uncomfortable and run down and would not go back here.

   Fantastic experience today. 2nd time I’ve ever been. Broke and dislocated one of my toes. Straight into minor injuries to see the nurse, round to X-ray straight away. Radiographers we’re fab and with the results in less than an hour. Bandaged up and sent on my way. The staff are stretched and the attitude of some of the patients wasn’t acceptable. Prepare to wait and be kind and courteous. Save our NHS Thank you

   Excellent service at children’s A&E today. Visited as a follow up appointment for my daughters badly burnt hand. The service and level of care we received was outstanding. After a not so great initial visit to an A&E in our local area it was a breath of fresh air visiting Dewsbury. Big thanks to Sadie, Emma and I think Sophie was the other lady but if you were on shift 31st May in the morning then Thank you all! The teddy bear and stickers made her day like you would not believe.
