Went in for consultation because I had accident with a tooth ..when dentist looked in my mouth she laughed in front of colleagues and told me "I didn't have a tooot in my head " suffice to say I felt very embarrassed..I did not attend the dentist to be humiliated .

Many years back my 2 Sons had treatment with a super professional and very humble dentist who worked so well to the end of all their treatment. I am very happy that I chose Beaconsfield Dental Practice.❤️

The second time this year I have been there for checkups. The receptionist is fine and the dentists are pleasant enough BUT the actual checkup is a total disgrace. The second time took longer for me to be reclined in the chair than the check up. The dentist put the mirror implement in my mouth moved it around a little while viewing it from 2ft away and that was it! No counting out what teeth were present or using the pick tool to touch them or anything. Then asking if I wanted a clean, which I politely declined. From start to finish once in the room less than 5 minutes and £25.80 for that - a disgrace!

Rude dentist not helpful. Reception lady was so helpful but the 2 lady dentist are rude with the worst attitude I have ever dealt with never going back again

Disgusting dental practice! Scaring a child so much that she was shaking while crying, forcing a large sized x-Ray into a mouth of a child! No people skills! If your scared of the dentist or your child is I’d stay well clear from there!

The dental team are polite, they see you fast enough and are informative. However the receptionist is a different story, I called in to book the appointment and had to be the one to ask questions due to a sheer lack of interest, after I was finished with my apt I walked over to the counter to be greeted by "that's £22" no please on the end or thank you, I paid and said thank you, have a good day etc like anyone with manners, no response at all. Got to the pharmacist to find out my prescription wasn't stamped, So I had to head back in and instead of "sorry for the inconvenience" she just laughed, stamped it and handed it back without a word. Again, I said thank you goodbye to be met with a blank silence. More interested in singing to herself than actually doing her job, which is unfortunate because the dentist and her assistant I saw was lovely!

Been going here for years. Had three gold crowns fitted along time ago and they have never given me any trouble. Just seen dentist Laura today and she's done the best tooth clean that I've ever had done. Would definitely recommend this dental practice
