   I had an excellent experience at Sandford Clinic for my root canal treatment. Dr Angelo Zavattini was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring — what I had anticipated as a stressful procedure felt completely manageable. A special thank you as well to Nurse Carla, who was genuinely caring throughout.she also made a huge difference and helped me feel at ease the entire time. Highly recommended!

   I have been a patient here for several years - dentist, hygienist and more recently orthodontist. I would not consider going anywhere else. The staff are all extremely friendly and professional and go out of their way to put you at your ease. Karon is the best hygienist - especially if you are a bit nervous about going to the dentist. Nina and her team are also fantastic - I just recently finished my orthodontal treatment (SureSMile) and could not be happier with the results.

   I attended an appointment today for a tooth extraction, scheduled with Mr. Hussein Shaffie, the owner of the practice. My appointment was clearly booked for 12:00, yet upon arrival I was informed that I was “running behind” for a 9:30 slot. When I explained that my confirmed booking was for 12:00, the receptionist told me the dentist would “wait five to ten minutes” — an odd statement considering I was on time for the appointment I was given. Once seen, I carefully re-explained that my dental emergency concerned the left side of my mouth, not the right. This was completely disregarded by both the reception team and Mr. Shaffie himself. The treatment room was noticeably unclean, which did not inspire confidence. When I tried to clarify the location of the pain and my concerns, Mr. Shaffie’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. He told me I was “already late” and stated that he was “too important” to listen, adding that as the owner, he wasn’t interested in my complaint and that I could leave if I wished. I found this behaviour wholly unacceptable particularly from someone claiming to be both a medical professional and managing director of the business. I ultimately had to ask the receptionist for his name, as his conduct was so discourteous I could not believe he held such a position. Do not be misled by the positive reviews — there are indeed other dental practitioners at this clinic who are excellent at their jobs, polite, and professional, and it is clear that many of those reviews reflect their good work rather than Mr. Shaffie’s conduct. Due to the distress and inconvenience caused by this incident, I will be pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal channels. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, care, and professionalism none of which were demonstrated by Mr. Shaffie during my visit

   I have been attending this dental surgery for the past 1.5 years while having braces fitted. From the very beginning, the team has been welcoming, supportive, and highly professional. Every appointment is handled with care, and they always take the time to explain each step clearly. The environment is friendly and reassuring, which makes the whole experience so much easier. I am very happy with the progress of my treatment and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Dr Nina Shaffie is top rated and amazing in her job!

   i had my braces done 3 years ago now. They were finished this time last year. Nina was amazing as i am a nervous patient but felt very calm and relaxed always. i was pregnant so she made sure my braces were taken out just before i had the baby. i love my teeth so much and they were worth every penny. Would highly recommend!! If you want to get it done then just go for it!

   Five stars just doesn't seem enough to give to Nina! I had my orthodontic treatment with her and she made the whole experience enjoyable! She is a lovely person and always puts you at ease and makes sure you're fully informed. Her skills are amazing, you can tell she really cares and will go to any lengths to get best results. Having braces was a big thing for me and I had a few consultations at other places in the past that I didn't go through with. I wouldn't trust anyone else now! The Sandford itself is lovely, the reception team are so friendly.

   I have recently finished my Orthodontic treatment with Nina. I decided to have braces after my daughter had her brace treatment with Nina & the results were outstanding. Nina’s attention to detail is impeccable. The personal service we have both received throughout the past 3 years at The Sandford has been exceptional. The outcome of my braces is unbelievable I am so impressed. Nina’s bespoke finishing touches are just the icing on the cake that gave us that spectacular smile . Not only is Nina the cream of the crop in Orthodontics she is also a very kind, caring professional who takes care of all your needs from start to finish. All the staff at The Sandford are so hardworking & professional yet always smiling, friendly & happy to help. Overall a fantastic team that stand out head and shoulders above the rest ! 10/10 to you all ! Thank you

From the very beginning consultation to the treatment that started at the end of 2020 and ended today, Nina and her colleagues have made me feel at ease.    I was so impressed by the quality and aftercare my mum and sister received at The Sandford I chose to go there too. Mums full set of implants look as good today as when they were fitted 8 years ago by Kat Krol. From my first appointment to my implant being fitted Kat and her wonderful team Amy and Sam looked after me so well, feeling relaxed and pain free at every appointment. I highly recommend them and I’m so thrilled with the results.
