   Lovely and kind support and service from Najat and the dentist Kavita is amazing and reassuring. The receptionist working today, Usha was also really informative and kind. They are a great NHS dentist practice and also answered any questions that I had.

   Very disappointed! My son had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM on Monday morning. Prior to the weekend, we even received a call to confirm our attendance. We arrived 15 minutes early, only to find that the practice was not open. We waited until 9:15 AM, but the doors remained closed and there was no communication from your team. We eventually had to leave, and to date, we have not received any follow-up call, rescheduling offer, or even an apology for the inconvenience caused. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering the time and preparation involved in attending early morning appointments. I would appreciate an explanation and steps your practice will take to prevent similar situations in the future.

It’s rare to find such a committed and caring group, and I’m incredibly grateful for their excellent service. A special mention to the receptionist, Usha, who was also very helpful and welcoming. Her friendly attitude and efficiency added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended!

   I had my my first visit to this dental practice in September 2022 and I was very impressed with the setup and service. The staff were very welcoming. Dentist gave me me good amount of time to diagnose the problem and offered the treatment. Overall I was very impressed.

   horrible and extremely unprofessional staffs. very disappointed with their service. always forcing private treatments and not compliant with the nhs. they dont care about the service or patients. only after money. please find yourself a practice that will respect you and actually look after you.

   DO NOT RECOMMEND dont waste your time. they cancelled on my appointment because the dentist didnt turn up. they didnt bother calling or getting in touch despite having alternative numbers. then rescheduled and turns out practice was closed. also states here that on saturday they are closed, so why give false appointments. asked for management and manager apparently has no contact apart from email which is extremely disappointing.what happens in an emergency? very unorganised and staff are extremely rude and not compliant at all. save yourself time and find a better practice.

   To start off with, super unprofessional staff, starting with the receptionist. I walked in for my booked appointment, at 12:20 pm (booked the week before). On my arrival , the initial action was to eye me up and down like a tailor, as if I had walked into the wrong place. I spoke to the receptionist mentioned that I had a booked appointment, she was slightly inpatient to deal with my quire, hoofing and puffing. Come to realise they forgot to book my appointment. No sort of justification or even the possibility of rebooking. Then I asked to speak to a superior, receptionist looking down the hole time as she was busy with other things said no one is in. And ignored me. I think to have terrible staff might as well not have staff at all. Won’t recommend this surgery to my worst enemy. Terrible to say the least.

   I would highly recommend this surgery . I had my kids check up and mine done here . Very clean and hygienic surgery and a very experienced and skilled dentist; that makes you feel safe and in great hands. My three year old had a lovely experience and therefore has no fear of the dentist that kids usually have .
